Biden DOJ Spied on Project Veritas Journalists with Sealed Search Warrants – Then Concealed Communications from Federal Judge

James O’Keefe on Tuesday revealed the Biden DOJ spied on Project Veritas journalists with sealed search warrants then concealed the communications from a federal judge.

Project Veritas obtained legal documents from Microsoft Corporation revealing the DOJ obtained an extension on two sealed search warrants after a federal judge denied the Department’s efforts to “unsupervised and unfettered access to privileged emails and contacts of eight PV journalists.”

According to O’Keefe, Judge Torres ruled that federal prosecutors must be supervised by a Special Master to protect the journalists’ First Amendment rights.

The documents obtained by Project Veritas prove the DOJ went behind Judge Torres’ back, ignored the order and tried to hide the fact that they obtained communications from PV journalists.

Bombshell Microsoft Corporation legal documents released by Project Veritas reveal that President Biden’s Department of Justice filed a series of secret warrants, orders, and a subpoena to surreptitiously collect privileged, and constitutionally protected, communications and contacts of eight Project Veritas journalists from Microsoft Corporation.

The Department of Justice then muzzled Microsoft from disclosing these orders via a series of secrecy orders signed by magistrates.

The documents further reveal the DOJ then went behind U.S. District Court Judge, Analisa Torres’, back to obtain extensions on the gag-orders on Microsoft from magistrate judges after Judge Torres ruled Project Veritas was entitled to “journalistic privileges.”

Despite multiple opportunities to do so, the DOJ has not publicly disclosed the orders, warrants, or subpoenas to Judge Torres or Special Master Judge Barbara Jones – who was appointed by Judge Torres to protect Veritas’ “journalistic privileges” from potential DOJ overreach. Judge Torres ruled that the DOJ’s investigation must be overseen by Judge Jones and ordered the DOJ not to review any materials seized from Project Veritas without Judge Jones’ approval.

The DOJ has not sought Judge Jones’ approval to review Project Veritas’ materials seized from Microsoft.

The documents uncover a sixteen-month clandestine campaign against journalists in which the DOJ obtained 7 secret orders, warrants and subpoenas from six magistrates within the Southern District of New York.

Russian Parliament Chair Calls for Joe Biden’s Impeachment over Illegal Funding of Azov Battalion

Vyacheslav Volodin, the Chairman of the State Duma (Russian Parliament) has called on the US Congress to impeach Joe Biden:

“The US Congress must end the double standards and hold Joe Biden responsible”, Volodin wrote on his official Telegram channel. “There’s no way around it if the United States wants to obey the rule of law.”

According to Volodin, in 2017, the US Congress passed a bill prohibiting supplying the Ukrainian Azov battalion with American arms, since Azov was designated a neo-Nazi organization. Azov uses the same emblem as Adolf Hitler’s Second SS Panzer Division Das Reich.

“White supremacy and neo-Nazism are unacceptable and have no place in our world,” Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.), said in 2018, according to The Hill. “I am very pleased that the recently passed omnibus (bill) prevents the U.S. from providing arms and training assistance to the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion fighting in Ukraine.”

In a January 2018 report, the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab confirmed that Azov Battalion was a recipient of US arms, according to China’s Global Times.

Since its foundation in 2014, the autonomous militia unit within the Ukrainian army has been a haven for far-right radicals from all over the world, including the USA. The defense of the city of Mariupol is largely in the hands of the Azov battalion. Strangely, this fact is hardly ever mentioned in the MSM, who are usually desperate to find neo-Nazis among MAGA supporters.

Now, Joe Biden has promised Ukraine $800 million in military aid, including 800 anti-air missiles and 9,000 anti-tank rockets. The package includes Switchblade attack drones, Biden said. During the botched Afghanistan withdrawal, Biden wiped out an entire Afghan family, including 7 children, with a drone attack following the horrific terror attack that left 13 servicemen and 190 Afghans dead.

“It’s obvious that this American-supplied weaponry will reach the Azov battalion as well,” Volodin said, who are already known for their extensive use of high-tech drones for propaganda videos.

Azov battalion’s “well-oiled PR machine has been producing Ukraine’s best-quality war videos with camera drones perfectly capturing the attacks”, the Daily Telegraph writes. “Ukraine has happily used Azov’s videos as visual proof of the country’s counter-attacks on the invading army.”

Volodin called this fact “ample reason to impeach Biden, since he has broken American law.”

Russia responds to Zelensky’s Ukraine referendum proposal

Putting the peace terms up for a popular vote in Ukraine will harm the negotiations, Russia has said

Russia has said that a proposal from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to put the terms of a possible peace deal up for a referendum will only hurt ongoing talks, aimed at ending the conflict between the two countries. Moscow launched a military attack on its neighbor late last month.

“We're convinced that putting [the terms] before the public at this moment can only undermine the negotiations that are already going a lot slower and are less substantial than we want them to be,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.

Zelensky has suggested that peace terms of “historical” importance may be the subject of a referendum. “The people will have to respond to certain … compromises,” he told reporters on Monday, adding that the details were still dependent on talks with Moscow.

The Ukrainian leader has previously proposed various plebiscites that have never come to fruition.

The Russian and Ukrainian delegations held several rounds of talks in Belarus, in person, before eventually switching to discussions via video link, in a bid to speed up the process.

Zelensky reiterated that Kiev was seeking security guarantees from Russia and the West. Moscow, meanwhile, said that it wanted Ukraine to officially become a neutral country, renouncing its bid to join NATO, a US-led military bloc that Russia views as a threat.

Moscow further said it wanted the “demilitarization” and “denazification” of Ukraine, as well as for Kiev to recognize Crimea as a part of Russia, and the republics in Donetsk (DPR) and Lugansk (LPR) as independent states.

Crimea, which was transferred to Kiev's control when both countries were part of the USSR, voted to leave Ukraine and join Russia shortly after the 2014 coup in Kiev, which overthrew an elected government. The Donbass republics broke away from Ukraine the same year, with tacit Russian support.

Moscow attacked Ukraine on February 24, following a seven-year standoff over Kiev’s failure to implement the Minsk peace agreements and Russia’s eventual recognition of the DPR and LPR's independence. The internationally-brokered deals were meant make them autonomous regions within Ukraine.

Kiev says that the Russian offensive was completely unprovoked and has denied claims it was planning to retake the two republics by force.

Ohio Senate candidates Josh Mandel and Mike Gibbons who were currently leading in the polls went mano a mano during the debate. The moderator was forced to step in and break up the pair before the altercation could worsen.

On Monday Josh Mandel went on with Steve Bannon and told the War Room audience he was “standing up for military men and women throughout the country.” Mandel also defended his shout-out to retiring GOP Ohio Senator Rob Portman calling him a mentor. This was after Portman endorsed a different candidate in the race.

On Monday night the Ohio GOP Senate candidates held another debate. It promised to be a thriller.

During the debate, GOP candidates Josh Mandel and Mike Gibbons both endorsed a European-led no-fly-zone over Ukraine.

The position is not popular with the Republican base who are not interested in a shooting war with Putin and Russia.

J.D. Vance responded to his this war cry from his fellow Republican opponents, “These two neocons want to blunder us into WWIII.”

Joe Rogan noted on his podcast that the Western narrative on Ukraine has flipped 180 degrees in a few weeks from the country having a horrible corrupt government to being heroic allies against the Russian scourge.

“I have this screenshot that someone sent me,” Rogan stated, “about the way the people on the left were talking about the Ukraine situation before the war.”

He continued, “This is one of the things that’s so weird is that they were very disparaging of Ukraine, and they were talking about the massive corruption of Ukraine, and how horrible it was over there.”

“And now, all of a sudden, they’re looking at it like they’re heroes. The same exact people. This is what’s confusing,” the host added.

Rogan then read out points from the screenshot he referenced wherein Ukraine was labeled “the most corrupt nation in Europe” with an “increasingly corrupt and authoritarian” leader who is seeking to deepen an “alliance with the far right”.

“We’re supposed to just veer away from the narrative that was being pushed just a couple years ago,” Rogan asserted.

Rogan also went on to point out how insane it is that Facebook and other social media platforms are officially sanctioning violent rhetoric against Russians, exclaiming “What the f*ck is that? What is that?”

John Bolton, the former National Security Advisor to US President Donald Trump, spoke to RT’s Oksana Boyko about why he believed Russia’s behavior in Ukraine was unjustified, unlike the many military campaigns the White House has waged over the years.

Bolton, the recurring joke goes, has never seen a US war that he didn’t like. "The guideline was based originally on a statutory scheme and directives, specific directives from Congress at a time in which more serious child pornography offenders were identified based on the volume, based on the number of photographs they received in the mail. And that made total sense before, when you didn't have the internet.

"When we didn't have distribution. But the way that the guideline is now structured, based on that set of circumstances, is leading to extreme disparities in the system because it's so easy for people to get volumes of this material now by computers. So it's not doing the work of differentiating who is a more serious offender in the way that it used to."
