What a novel idea. Making it a crime to knowingly report false and damaging information about your own country's military during a time of war.

In the event that it is determined that one colluded with others in knowingly reporting the false and damaging information, treason, sedition and designation as an enemy combatant would also be in order.

Unfortunately, here in the U.S. public military arrests of the enemy of the people, i.e., enemy of the U.S., i.e., enemy combatants, would still considered to be "bad optics" despite the fact that devolution of the full power of the Executive Branch to the Military is the worst kept secret in our Country's HISTORY.
