You will get used to it in a few days. Make sure they are set at a good height on your nose. For me, I had to have them raised a bit so the dashboard in the car was correct when the road was correct and I did not have to move my head.
they simply adjust the nose pieces to move the frames up/down. Lenses were fine. Anon does woodwork and looking down a board or straightedge took some getting used to. If the angle is wrong, a straight line looks curved. A week or two in, they were fine and all was good. Brain adapts.
