I've observed through red pilling experiences that some people are physically incapable of understanding the truth. It's like their brains perceive the information you're trying to give them as a physical threat, and the Fight or Flight response takes over. They start getting unusually angry, shout, or try to shut the conversation down as quickly as possible. I've seen this happen in people who are normally calm, patient, and don't otherwise act in these ways.

In one notable instance, one person completely didn't remember my conversation with them at all. This person hasn't shown any symptoms of memory loss before or since that conversation.

So when Q talks about 99 percent of people needing a hospital, this is what I think of. The many millions of people out there who are quite literally incapable of thinking outside the programming.
