Quick side question.. I wonder if language is genetically coded somehow. When I went to my ancestors’ homeland a while ago, the language was oddly familiar. I just “knew” it, yet I never heard it spoken other than online (no relatives live in the states).
That may explain my hatred of turtlenecks, scarves and necklaces, and anything on my face.
