In order to be useful, I think if you wanna learn about [RR] you can follow the map. Each marker organizes the relevant posts around it. Depending on where you wanna look, you can find the right information.

This is the only plausible explanation as far as the utility of a map/clock would give us. If this is meant to be widely available to the normy public at some point, it needs to be digestible.
