'Legal expert' claims Jackson 'goes by the books'. That's an outrageous statement, since 100% of the time, Jackson sentenced child pornographers to less time than prosecutors asked for, let alone the federal sentencing guidelines.

Steve Marshall: Judge Jackson's now infamous law review article, has given me no assurance that she would give voice to the voiceless victims of sex crimes. She questioned the necessity of sex offender community notification requirements…the word 'victim' did not appear once in her analysis.

Elenor McCullen [sidewalk counselor]: Thankfully, in 2014, all nine justices of the supreme court ruled that Massachusetts buffer zones [kept pro-life demonstrators away from abortion clinics] did violate the First Amendment.

Keisha Russell [First Liberty Institute]: Critical Race Theory is a subset of Critical Theory…it rejected the principals of the Enlightenment and the Age of Reason, on which the American Republic was founded. Critical Theory teaches that all relationships are relationships of power, between the oppressor and the oppressed.

Keisha Russell: Ultimately we cannot expect someone that subscribes to Critical Race Theory to defend and protect the Constitution, because CRT assets that the Constitution is not worth defending. Such a view completely contradicts the oath every judge takes.

Keisha Russell: If you look at the Constitution through the lens of CRT, you're going to assume that it's inherently flawed and incorrect, and you're less likely to view it as…a source that should be relied on.

Marshall: He is the president of this country.

Whitehouse; Is he the duly elected and lawfully serving president of the United States?

Marshall: He is the president of this country.

Whitehouse: Are you answering that, omitting the language 'duly elected and lawfully serving', purposefully?

Marshall: I am answering the question, He is the president of the United States.

Marshall: I'm telling you he is the president of the United States.
