DC has been a veritable ghost town for nearly two years… kinda shows how little they are in fact needed for life to go on.
Not Sure how this all pans out… but there is yuge potential. The physical buildings and equipment are often relatively high quality, selling relatively low quality volume. Have often thought about how nice of a mom-n-pop could be made out of just one… multiplied again and again for each store. Different menus, different ingredients, different local suppliers, different diner-style cooks. Each one different, rather than cookie cutter identical. Can hardly wait for that trend to sweep ‘Merica.
You’re not alone, but checkit: Blatantly and boldly state your intentions to do honest straightforward business, and let the domestic motherfuckers ‘flag’ you for that.
