Not sure what's in the pre-sentencing memos, probably sentence recommendations that would make Jackson look terrible, but democrats are adamant that they can't be viewed even in a classified setting.

Hawley: If you have a judge that consistently sentences, let's say in an area such as child pornography, below what the government is asking for, what guidelines are asking for…the message that sends is that you're not very tough on this, you're not willing to hold these people accountable.
