About 25% still wear masks where I'm from (Central California) our town never enforced them but people still wore them and even now..The odd part when you talk to them they know the masks are bullshit, that's when I start to stare them in the eyes and I've had people laugh and remove their masks..More people flip me off but I've got to a few..
I will start a conversation about the vaccine and if they let on they know the vaccine is dangerous then I'll ask them if they know the masks aren't protective..I've had people tell me they know but the masks make them feel safe. The mental damage is real it's sad to watch..
