Hunter Biden Bio Firm Partnered With Ukrainian Researchers ‘Isolating Deadly Pathogens’ Using Funds From Obama’s Defense Department.

The U.S. President’s son was instrumental in funding a firm conducting pathogen and anthrax research in Ukrainian biolabs.

An investment firm directed by President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden was a leading financial backer of a pandemic tracking and response firm that collaborated on identifying and isolating deadly pathogens in Ukrainian laboratories, receiving funds from the Obama administration’s Department of Defense in the process, The National Pulse can exclusively reveal.

Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP) – a subsidiary of the Hunter Biden and Christopher Heinz-founded Rosemont Capital – counted both Biden and Heinz as managing directors. Heinz is the stepson of former U.S. Secretary of State and current Climate czar John Kerry.

Amongst the companies listed on archived versions of the RSTP’s portfolio is Metabiota – an ostensibly San Francisco-based company that purports to detect, track, and analyze emerging infectious diseases.

Financial reports reveal that RSTP led the company’s first round of funding in 2015, which amounted to $30 million. Former managing director and co-founder of RSTP Neil Callahan – a name that also appears many times on Hunter Biden’s hard drive – sits on Metabiota’s Board of Advisors alongside former Clinton official Rob Walker who discussed, in another unearthed Hunter Biden hard drive e-mail, reaching out to the Obama Department of Defense with regard to Metabiota.

In July 2021, The National Pulse exclusively revealed the connection between Metabiota, Hunter Biden, and the pandemic-linked EcoHealth Alliance which worked closely with Anthony Fauci’s National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) and the notorious Wuhan laboratory.

Today, we can exclusively reveal an official connection between the Biden-linked pandemic firm and biological laboratories based in Ukraine. In early March we revealed how these labs were handling “especially dangerous pathogens” through programs funded by the U.S. government. The potential for such entities to fall into the hands of invading Russian forces has come under hotly disputed scrutiny in recent weeks.

‘Zoonotic Diseases’

A feature in the Science and Technology Center in Ukraine’s (STCU) 2016 Annual Report recounts a “Trilateral Meeting with Ukraine, Poland, and the United States Regional Collaboration on Biological Security, Safety, and Surveillance.”

The article describes in particular an October 2016 meeting involving U.S. military officials and their Ukrainian counterparts discussing “cooperation in surveillance and prevention of especially dangerous infectious diseases, including zoonotic diseases in Ukraine and neighboring countries.”

Skrypnyk, the Metabiota-affiliated researcher, worked as Veterinary Project Coordinator for the Biden-linked firm before moving on to serve in his current role of Technical Officer for Laboratories for the World Health Organization (WHO).

Additionally, two researchers – Nataliya Mykhaylovska and Bradford Raymond Brooks – are listed as Ukraine-based Metabiota researchers in a paper titled “Implementation of a Regional Training Program on African Swine Fever As Part of the Cooperative Biological Engagement Program across the Caucasus Region.”

The aforementioned paper even references a Metabiota office in Ukraine’s capital city of Kiev, whose existence appears to be corroborated by a summary of the company’s operational structure.

“The company’s international footprint includes operations in 20 countries and offices in San Francisco, Washington, Ukraine, China, Canada, and Sierra Leone,” explains the summary.

Additionally, LinkedIn profiles of former Metabiota employees detail the work conducted by the company’s Kyiv outpost.

Former Country Science Manager for Eastern Europe David Mustra explains how he “manga[ed] Metabiota’s team of twelve Ukrainian-National personnel” and served as “the Biosurveillance and Research Manager for Metabiota’s work as a subcontractor, under the direction of prime contractor Black & Veatch (B&V), on the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP) Biological Threat Reduction Integrating Contract (BTRIC) – Ukraine.”

He also explains how the company liaised with “Government of Ukraine officials” from agencies including the Ministry of Defense.

In World-Historic First, Microplastics Detected in Human Blood

A team of toxicologists found microplastics in nearly 80% of the healthy adult blood samples it analyzed, marking the first time that tiny polymer fragments—measuring less than 5mm in size—have been detected in human blood, The Guardian reported Thursday.

Using techniques that allowed them to detect particles as small as 0.0007mm, the scientists, whose research was published in the peer-reviewed journal Environment International, examined blood samples provided by 22 anonymous donors in good health and discovered microplastics in 17 of them.

According to The Guardian, “Half the samples contained PET plastic, which is commonly used in drinks bottles, while a third contained polystyrene, used for packaging food and other products. A quarter of the blood samples contained polyethylene, from which plastic carrier bags are made.”

“Our study is the first indication that we have polymer particles in our blood—it’s a breakthrough result,” Dick Vethaak, an ecotoxicologist at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Netherlands and expert on the health risks posed by microplastics, told the British newspaper. “But we have to extend the research and increase the sample sizes, the number of polymers assessed, etc.,” he said, noting that additional studies are in progress.

“It is certainly reasonable to be concerned,” Vethaak continued. “The particles are there and are transported throughout the body.”

The Guardian reported that as they travel through the body, microplastics “may lodge in organs,” though “the impact on health is as yet unknown.” Nevertheless, “researchers are concerned as microplastics cause damage to human cells in the laboratory and air pollution particles are already known to enter the body and cause millions of early deaths a year.”

Global plastic pollution—recently characterized as a life-threatening crisis by the Environmental Investigation Agency, a United Kingdom-based nonprofit—is so pervasive that minuscule polymer particles now contaminate every corner of planet Earth, from the tallest mountain peaks to the deepest parts of the ocean and the most remote islands.

The overproduction of virgin plastics and rapid and widespread accumulation of plastic waste persists, British Green Party parliamentarian Natalie Bennett lamented on social media, despite society’s ignorance of its full consequences for public health.

Sarah Lawrence ‘sex cult’ leader Larry Ray allegedly tortured victim in hotel for hours

Accused Sarah Lawrence sex-cult leader Larry Ray allegedly tortured one of his victims for hours, suffocating her with a plastic bag after binding her to a hotel chair — and at one point stopped to have burgers and fries with his top lieutenant during the abuse, a witness testified Thursday.

The alleged victim, Claudia Drury, 31, detailed the horrific, seven-hour torture session under questioning by a federal prosecutor at Ray’s racketeering and sex-trafficking trial in Manhattan federal court.

Drury said Ray became enraged at her in October 2018 after she told one of her “main clients,” whom she identified as a man named Stuart Piltch, that Ray published his name on a website associated with her work as a prostitute.

When he found out Drury told Piltch about the website, Ray and his alleged accomplice, Isabella Pollok, came to the Gregory Hotel in Midtown, where she was living and meeting clients, and began to torture her, she told jurors.

In the room, Ray told Drury to strip naked, then cuffed her hands and legs to a chair with handcuffs that she had to use as props with her johns, she said in court.

Over the next seven hours, Ray repeatedly suffocated her with plastic bags, dumped water on her naked body and pushed her near the room’s air conditioner, and smothered her with a pillow.

“I was suffocating. I was terrified. I was trembling. You can’t breathe. You want to breathe a lot. That just makes it much worse. It was terrifying,” she told jurors of the alleged sadistic abuse.

At one point during the torture session, Ray put a collar on Drury’s neck and tightened it with a leash until she nearly passed out, she said.

Pollok allegedly taunted Drury during the abuse, telling her that she was a “faker” and that the water Ray poured over her to lower her body temperature was “room temperature.”

At some point during the alleged torture session, Ray and Pollok stopped and ate dinner, Drury said.

“They ordered burgers and fries from a diner nearby, the Starlight Diner,” she said.

During her testimony, Drury described the list of her “main clients” that was supposed to be filed under seal at trial, but was inadvertently published by the US Attorney’s Office.

Drury said she compiled the list after asking her clients to email her from professional emails, so she could verify their identities.

Larry wanted the list so he could have leverage over the men and threaten to inform their wives, Drury testified.

The threat of that made Drury feel “very, very scared and anxious, almost more than anything else,” she testified.

‘Not Inclusive’: Wisconsin County Supervisor Wants Pledge of Allegiance Gone

A Wisconsin county supervisor has submitted a proposal to remove the Pledge of Allegiance and the word “prayer” from county board meetings, according to a report from Fox 6. “It just doesn’t feel like it’s appropriate for us to be doing, when in a pluralistic society we want to be inclusive and representative,” said Dane County supervisor Heidi Wegleitner. “At the end of the day, I think it’s divisive.”

“This is all in the same city that is home to the Freedom from Religion Foundation,” board member Tim Rockwell said in opposition to the measure. Rockwell told Fox News that prayer allows for the board to be more inclusive while also saying that the county’s religious diversity and pride should be “celebrated and not squashed.”

Wegleitner pointed to surrounding Wisconsin municipalities, including Madison and Waunakee, who do not recite the pledge before board meetings and claimed there are “inconsistencies” with the process. Wegleitner, who represents a district in Madison, likened opposition to saying the pledge to professional athletes who take a knee in support of racial justice movements when the national anthem is played at sporting events.

“There’s other ways to show community and shared values,” Wegleitner said.

The board’s executive committee briefly discussed the proposal during a meeting on Thursday, although the final say would rest with newly elected supervisors after the April 5 election. If the Wisconsin supervisor’s plan to remove the pledge of allegiance fails, she plans to reintroduce the measures to the new board. Madison.com said that the upcoming board is projected to be “the most progressive on record.”

"It Doesn't Work" For Us - Austrian Chancellor Rejects Biden's Pressure To Boycott Russia Energy

Speaking Thursday, Nehammer denied reports in the Austrian press claiming his government was in talks to agree to an embargo on Russian energy. The reality couldn't be further from the truth he said, adding that talk of a Russian energy boycott is "unrealistic and wrong".

"It doesn't work. Austria gets 80% of its gas from Russia." What's more, rumors of a boycott are harmful in and of themselves, because they serve to drive energy prices higher.

Austria depends on Russia for nearly 60% of its total energy consumption, and an even larger share of its natural gas imports, as Nehammer noted, which is why growing pressure from US President Joe Biden to restrict imports of Russian energy simply isn't feasible.

Speaking later in the day ahead of a meeting of EU leaders, Nehammer reiterated that Austria was opposed to a boycott of Russian energy. And Austria isn't alone, as Nehammer explained that many of his European neighbors, including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Bulgaria are equally dependent on Russian energy supplies, making a boycott "unrealistic." Even as some of those same nations prepare to host larger numbers of NATO troops, Russia could unleash serious economic damage simply by restricting energy supplies.

Instead of imposing new sanctions, Nehammer said the EU should focus on closing "loopholes" in existing sanctions.

Nehammer isn't the only senior Austrian official to repudiate the push to limit Russian energy exports. Back in February, Austria opposed adding sanctions on Nord Stream 2 to a package of EU sanctions, a battle that it eventually lost. He's also not the only European leader to oppose Russian energy sanctions. Just yesterday, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz again dismissed calls to boycott Russian energy.

Scholz added that other countries in the EU are even more dependent on Russian oil than Germany is, and that "nobody must be left standing out in the rain in this regard."

Russian energy boycotts aren't the only issue that Austria opposes. Nehammer said last week that a proposed "EU Army" - an idea that has been pushed by French President Emmanuel Macron and former German Chancellor Angela Merkel is "not going to happen".

In other European energy news, Italian leader Mario Draghi said Thursday that the US and Canada should help Europe by providing more energy supplies, alluding to earlier reports that the US is working on a plan to boost shipments of LNG to Europe (a plan that would be similar to the 'Marshall Plan for energy' that JPM CEO Jamie Dimon suggested earlier this week).

A team of analysts from Bank of America noted that EU members remain "split" on a Russian energy boycott. Countries such as Sweden, Ireland, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Slovakia view an oil ban as an option, while Germany and Austria are opposed. According to the EIA, Germany imported 490 kbpd of crude oil and condensate, accounting for 21% of Russian imports into OECD Europe, and second only to the Netherlands at 640 kbpd.

Hunter Biden’s Investment Fund Connected to Financing of Pentagon-Funded Biolabs in Ukraine: MoD

In recent weeks, the Russian Defence Ministry has peeled back layers of information about 30+ Pentagon-funded biolabs feared to be engaged in dangerous and illegal research into deadly pathogens in Ukraine. US officials and media initially denied that the labs existed, but a senior Biden administration official later confirmed their presence.

An investment firm connected to US President Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden has been implicated in the financing of the Pentagon's military biological programme in Ukraine, the head of Russia's Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defence Troops has announced, citing fresh documents.

"Incoming materials have allowed us to trace the scheme of interaction between US government bodies and Ukraine's biolabs. The involvement in the financing of these activities by structures close to the current US leadership, in particular the Rosemont Seneca investment fund managed by Hunter Biden, draws attention to itself," RCBD Troops chief Igor Kirillov said in a briefing Thursday.

According to the MoD's information, the fund has at least $2.4 billion in investment capital. "At the same time, a close relationship has been established between the the fund and key contractors of the US military, including Metabiota, which alongside Black & Veatch is one of the main suppliers of equipment for Pentagon biolaboratories around the world," Kirillov added.

The Los Alamos National Laboratory - birthplace of the US atomic bomb, has served as one of the chief curators of the US military biological programmes in Ukraine, Kirillov said.

USAID, Soros Foundations, CDC Also Involved, MoD Says

"The scale of the programme is impressive. Along with the Pentagon, the US Agency for International Development (USAID), the Soros' Open Society Foundations, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are directly involved in its implementation," the officer said. "Scientific supervision is carried out by leading research organizations, including the Los Alamos National Laboratory, which developed nuclear weapons for the Manhattan Project. All of this activity has been carried out under the direct control of the Pentagon."

Kirillov accompanied his presentation with new Ukrainian-language documents detailing the operations of laboratories suspected of involvement in US-funded military biological activities, including a detailed listing of 31 laboratories across 14 settlements.

"This document was signed by deputy state secretary of the cabinet of ministers of Ukraine Viktor Polishchuk. The legal basis for its signature was an agreement on cooperation to prevent the spread of technologies, pathogens and information which can be used to develop biological weapons. The registration card identifies the customer: the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and also includes a list of bio facility sites," the officer said.

The MoD also released a document from the office of the secretary of defense approving Project Concept UP-2, described as a 'multi-pathogen mapping' project which "includes molecular fingerprinting of pathogens endemic to Ukraine and strain transfer."

The 2008 document was signed by Richard Douglas, who served as deputy assistant secretary of defense during the George W. Bush administration, and Arthur Hopkins, a deputy assistant to the Secretary of Defense for nuclear, chemical and biological defense programmes.

Ukrainian Troops Used as Guinea Pigs

Kirillov provided other new details on US military biological activities in Ukraine in his presentation, citing documents detailing the testing of unlicensed pharmaceutical products which did not pass licensing procedures in the US and Canada on Ukrainian military personnel under a programme known as 'Deep Drug'.

"Documents confirm an attempt to test previously untested drugs on Ukrainian military personnel [under the] Deep Drug screening system for pharmaceuticals which have not passed the licensing procedure in the United States and Canada. The special cynicism of the US sponsors of the programme lies in the fact that the developer -Skymount Medical Group, offered to purchase the system on a commercial basis, even though employees of the Ukrainian defence ministry were used as volunteers" for its testing, Kirillov said.

Kirillov also that over 4,000 individuals were involved in research under the previously detailed Project UP-8, and that according to a Bulgarian media investigation, 20 Ukrainian servicemen died and 200 hospitalized during experiments in the Kharkov laboratory alone.

The officer suggested that such practices were nothing new, recalling that in 2010, authorities in Indonesia terminated biological research activity being conducted by the US Naval Medical Center in Jakarta over numerous violations and a refusal by US authorities to inform the Indonesian government about the results of their research.

Kirillov also revealed that Pentagon-affiliated pharmaceutical firm Gilead has been involved in the testing of its products in Ukraine and Georgia.

Airline CEOs ask Biden to lift mask mandates, saying they ‘no longer make sense’

The industry group Airlines for America sent a letter to the White House saying rules like the mask “no longer make sense.”

A group of 10 major airlines are now calling on President Joe Biden to lift the federal transit mask mandate, one of the last remaining mask mandates in the country.

The industry group Airlines for America sent a letter to the White House saying rules like the mask mandate “no longer make sense.”

“Our industry has leaned into science at every turn. At the outset, we voluntarily implemented policies and procedures – mandating face coverings; requiring passenger health acknowledgements and contact tracing information; and enhancing cleaning protocols – to form a multi-layered approach to mitigate risk and prioritize the wellbeing of passengers and employees,” the letter said. “However, much has changed since these measures were imposed and they no longer make sense in the current public health context.”

The letter was signed by the heads of leading companies, namely Alaska Air Group, American Airlines, Atlas Air Worldwide, Delta Air Lines, FedEx Express, Hawaiian Airlines, JetBlue Airways, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines Holdings, and UPS Airlines. They pointed to the decrease in severity of the pandemic.

"The high level of immunity in the U.S., availability of high-quality masks for those who wish to use them, hospital-grade cabin air, widespread vaccine availability and newly available therapeutics provide a strong foundation for the Administration to lift the mask mandate and predeparture testing requirements,” the letter said. “We urge you to do so now. We are requesting this action not only for the benefit of the traveling public, but also for the thousands of airline employees charged with enforcing a patchwork of now-outdated regulations implemented in response to COVID-19.”

The request comes after the Transportation Security Administration raised eyebrows with its recent decision to extend its mask mandate for planes, trains and airports until April 18.
