I'm in the repair world of appliances and electronics and I will say I've noticed the design of "throw-away" technology a looong ass time ago, had to close up shop because of it. I still do it on the side, but man, I do miss helping people when their shit breaks and actually enjoy making a living off of it…now I slave for a company fixing shit and no one to amuse but myself
