Check the lower book border. Doesn't look like there's room for an additional "B".
Looks almost more like "Ibel", as in "Rudolf Ibel" for example.
Above those letters there's some symbol in gold too.
Was my first thought as well
after some checking on gimp decided for Ibel, written the old way as "Jbel" …. still only a guess though
