I missed a lot of what happened, but I'm a fan of K.I.S.S (Keep It Simple, Stupid) no need to overcomplicate things. Where Hash Selection goes, here where there is no leader and no voting we have to keep it simple. I say take cues from Q. We're still hammering #Memo so now maybe just #BillofRights added now and whatever else the anon wants at the time or that applies to the meme at hand.
