The word fuck can be used in many ways.
Fuck the fucking fucker.
Or I fucked the fuck out of that fucker.
I had a painful procedure done that did not use any anesthetic. I talked my way through the whole procedure and swearing. Doctor said I handled it very well in comparison to other patients because I was swearing and trying to describe the pain.
