ways for baker and noters to work together

• baker can request noter at start of bread, both sign in and arrange when notes will be dropped

• baker can request noter at end of pb

nb, noter signs in at dough and does say first half of nb notes post at @350-400, baker picks up (so baker gets break)

• if bred is ghost, noter signs in to dough post and announces they will take notes for 1/2 or full breads, says when they will drop

if baker checks in, he tags the dough and checks in with noter to do handoff of notes

if no baker shows up, ebaker picks up whatever notes have been dropped

good reasons for using both:

• notetaker skills differ from baking skills

• some excellent bakers don't like noting that much and vice-versa

• some noters don't have good enough net connections to bake

• during fast or news rich breads, bakers can have a real hard time collecting all the notables - using note-takers lightens the load and allows bakers to take a break for 1/2-1 hr, so they're fresh again

baking requires quickness, ability to multitask, a good technical setup/connectivity, ability to work under extreme time pressure, not to panic when there are ddos and other problems

noting requires ability to

• collect, write and organize information

• edit down complex concepts to the basics for a headline

• quickly discern the dif between notable post and one's that miss the mark

• familiarity with sources

• ability to do mini digs to determine quality of a post

• ability to work with posters to get sauce, descriptions, time stamps etc (and noticed when they are needed)
