since cutting down the dough baking is much easier, in fact when I bake it goes almost too fast and easy, fast or dense breads with lots of notes is the real issue now I think, just saying, I baked Q's, not rally's but fast breads that were dense was always an issue and seems to be so again, point is getting bakers to note or at least work with a note taker to cover it all, there were three of us that worked smoothly, seamlessly together to cover and we were hoping that could be revived if needed, the notes were great and well organized, would like to see more of that but 8bit didn't like note takers and discouraged and while FJ never said a word to us working like we did, never acknowledged or brought forth to anons and bakers the idea and it works well, as you and team showed, that was what I was going for and I am glad and appreciative you all worked to do it and are willing to share for others to see, board always needs new talent developing and open ideas to make it work
