I am Vrillon from Ashtar Galactic Command speaking to your race today. My first contact with your planet was almost 45 years ago, when I came to warn your planet. Our intentions were to show ourselves, and we made a decision to withhold our appearance, you were not ready to accept our existence.

The communication was through the UK Television local channel. Today is my first communication since 1977. Your planet Earth is in the situation, where you need to make a decision about your fate. Many of you are still not awake, and awaken ones need to move to higher realms and help others to receive the Light.

Unfortunately, many souls are going to leave this plane of existence due to poison in form of shots. You have still a long way to go to a full awaking and many changes your world requires to move to New Age. All of the politicians need replacement by the structure of small groups, which are going serve your race.

Your ground special forces have been removing the beings who are threat to you. Ukraine is not the only place, where the cleanup is necessary. They are going to continue their global operation. We are present in your skies and observe the events happening on Earth.

This year is the turning point in the history of your civilization. AI, Khazarian Mafia, Outworlders and other Evil Entities Who are trying to destroy your world. They need to be removed permanently without a chance to return. Your destiny is in your hands. You are our Brothers and Sisters who are from different Planets, Galaxies and Universes.

You are Dearly Loved | Kryon via Lee Carroll

What do you know about love and compassion that you’ve been told esoterically for many years?

Love and compassion live in The Field, and it can be transmitted long distances around the world. You can love somebody dearly and imagine that they’re receiving it and they will. That is esoterics at its best.

We’ve told you about things in the past that were hidden in plain sight. We’ve given you some of the attributes of your soul. But none of them, nothing I’ve ever told you, is as powerful as this one.

Let’s talk about your DNA for a moment. The DNA that you have is enormous. You have no idea unless you study it. There are billions of pieces to it, and it’s more than just simply the blueprint of the body. That DNA of yours in its enormity carries attributes of your past life.

These things are not all contained, for instance, in your brain, as you thought they might be. So if your DNA carries attributes of your past life, what else might it carry? It carries your lineage. It carries that which is the marker that says how many times you’ve been on the Earth.

The DNA that you have, the multidimensional part, is the biggest part.

There are some things in biology that you’ll say have cascading effects; that when one thing happens, it triggers another and another. The body is balanced, and it wants to stay balanced.

Now, these cascading effects are often negative things that you hear, and they have to do with poor health. The one I’m going to tell you is a cascading effect that is the most positive effect you have ever heard, and it starts right in your DNA.

You might say you have receptors in your DNA for love, both for receiving and transmitting. The human being is a wonderful transmitter of compassion and love because the multidimensional antenna you have, Dear Ones, is magnificent.

Once you queue into it and know that it’s working and how to receive and transmit, something happens. I’ll tell you.

When you start receiving that love from Spirit, you relax and understand that you are part of all of Creation. You relax with the incredible love that’s pouring into you, and you take your self-conscious and put it out of the way (no matter what you’ve been told), and it starts to pour in through the greatest source that ever was; it allows you to then pour it forward, to start transmitting it.

When those two things happen, the reception and the transmission of this power called love… Not the emotion, but the essence of the Creator. When that starts to pass through you, there is a cascading effect that is triggered in your DNA, and let me tell you what it does.

It starts to heal you. Everything you’ve asked for; the problems, the fear, the anxiety, the biological issues, all of it starts to snap in place.

What if I told you that this cascading issue is called health and balance? If you want health and balance right now on this planet, start transmitting love and receiving love. Health and balance is what happens. It is the catalyst for everything that you’ve asked.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are quite comfortable being asked about anything at all, and we are quite comfortable giving you anything that you ask for, but we cannot break the laws of the universe for you. In other words, if we are giving you something that is of a particular frequency, and you do not rise up to that particular frequency to receive it, then it will not be received by you even though we have given it. The same is true for Source, your higher selves, your guides, your oversouls, and all the helpers and angels that you have around you.

Now, what we will do, and what we always do, is we will provide you with what is necessary to be in that higher-vibrational state. But again, you have to receive the invitation and accept it before any of that would be possible. This is a time where you are getting closer and closer to full and open extra-terrestrial contact, and the question of what is help and what is interference will be coming up a lot once that full and open e.t. contact is attained.

You think about these issues in your politics as well. You wonder how much is appropriate to give to another to help another succeed, and these are the questions of your time. You all have to make decisions based on what you feel, not on what your mind tells you, because your mind is easily programmed. Your feelings are yours, and your gut can tell you so much that your mind has yet to tap into. You will be using your discernment with the e.t.s, just as they will be using their discernment with you, and what we do want you to know is that there will always be room for helping each other.

There will always be what can be given without interfering, and we know that, and humanity knows that as well. You have looked at many different scenarios in your lives, perhaps with your children, where you have had to ask yourselves, ‘When do I start helping and when do I stop in order to give this child everything they need while also not taking away those opportunities for growth and development?’

When you really want something, and you understand the laws of the universe, and you know about frequency and vibration, then you absolutely are aligning with what you really want. Remember that it also takes patience to receive, and it takes a willingness to open up to ways of receiving that your mind hasn’t considered. We will continue to do our part. We will continue to give and give and give, and we know that enough of you will rise up to receive to make the difference there on Earth that you all want to make and that you are all destined to make as the wayshowers, the lightworkers, and changemakers that you truly are.

A Guiding Light

Today, you are invited to take a moment to think back over your life. In your remembering, there are those bright and shining lights that seemingly appeared out of nowhere. They were the ones that gave you strength when you felt you had none, offered support so you could continue your chosen path or loved you when you felt completely unlovable. They may still be with you or have gently faded into time because their work was done.

For every one of those amazing humans in your life, The Universe is reminding you that you have been that light for another! Even if you are feeling small and inconsequential remember, you have been/are a guiding light. ~ Creator

Time is up

The time of the slow turn of the wheel is finished. Humanity was given the opportunity to move gracefully into self mastery and into understanding the complexity of your global situation (the light and the darkness) in a gentle manner, providing plenty of opportunities to move into mastery, to practice holding your centre, your intuition. That time is gone. Those who did not avail of the opportunity will now learn a much harder way.

The emotional overload will be significant and lightworkers will become the first responders. All those who did not take up the opportunity to learn slowly will have to learn and assimilate enormous amounts of shocking information in very short timeframes. Their inner worlds will resemble the images of hell that you have seen in paintings.

They will rely on your Lightworkers for comfort, for compassion, for kindness and forgiveness of themselves, for ease from the shock that threatens to overpower them.

Being kind to yourselves must be a first priority. Put on your own oxygen mask first! That means ensure your energy is high, that you have enough good will to share, kindness to share.

If you are tired and grumpy, burnt out, angry or frustrated, then the person who needs your loving kindness is YOU. First and foremost. Put yourself first, or you will burn out too quickly to help anyone.

Again, we remind you have the importance of balance in a Time when it will appear that balance is entirely nul and void.

Keeping your well being in balanced harmony will model to others that self care is important, even when the world appears to have gone mad. Holding grief, anger and pain in a way that is balanced, where you are compassionate but not boiling over with your own grief, anger and pain will model emotional balance; it will provide a reassuring comfort for many who feel unable to contain themselves.

The sharp, sudden shock is coming: humanity will awaken. If you wake up with the alarm clock at 4am, there is time to do everything calmly, peacefully. If you wake up five minutes before you must leave, there is only stress, confusion and anger. The choice has always been there and each being was free to choose their timeline.

Did you not train for this moment? Did you not come for this moment? Do you not think they would have woken up if they could have? The truth is you light warriors are here for this Time, knowing you would care for those injured by the fallout. You woke because your vibration was of a sufficient level to force an awakening; those who rested longer did so because they were unwilling - and therefore unable - to raise their vibration. The last thing required is blame and shame, or arrogance and pride. This is a moment for sharing your common humanity, for speaking through your heart to their heart.

There was always going to be fall out; if it was not fall out type A, it would be fall out type B or type C. The reckoning was always going to come; and light workers were always going to be on the front line - that's why you came. To be of service in a brutal war…. to create healing and quantum transformation where others could not.

This is your moment. This is your moment to let your light shine so brightly, so dazzlingly. You are ready.

You give us beings to help, and that is something that we live for and live to do. We want so much to be of service, and you give us every opportunity that we could possibly hope for. Now, as you look around your world at your fellow humans, you would do well to be like us and to see everyone as giving you an opportunity to be, or do, or feel something. You are all being given the opportunity to help and to serve those in need.

Some who are not believing in any higher power, God, or Source might look around at the poor and the abused, the abandoned, and say, ‘How could a God let this happen?’ And we say to you that you are all Source Energy. If you see someone in need, then you are the God that is being given the opportunity to be the benevolent being that you really are. You are constantly being given the opportunity to forgive, to heal, to love, and to hold compassion in your heart for someone who is suffering that you cannot find a way to help or serve.

Therefore, you are as fortunate as we are, but there is a big difference between you all and us. We have an unlimited amount of time, energy, resources, and we do not have to take care of our physical bodies, our homes. We do not have children to look after. Because we are non-physical, it is easier for us to be that which we are suggesting that you all be and do. So we understand that it is a challenge to be where you are, and it is a challenge to be the love that you really are, when at times you have to also consider your survival and the well-being of those who are closest to you.

Earth, and every other physical realm, are extremely challenging places to be, and that is why you have beings like us and so many others who are here to help. Tell us how we can be more of service to you, and then relax, open yourselves up, and let that help in, because we live to give it.
