Sean Penn's charity CORE works on serving those who have been displace by natural disaster, war, and pandemic. It was created after the EQ in Haiti. It's origins are connected to Sanela Diana Jenkins who has been connected to child trafficking in Hollywood thru rumor for many years. She has her own Hollywood agency to handle actors. According to wikipedia she was involved in the origin of Penn's charity CORE, which is now "helping" the refugees coming out of Ukraine.
