Florida teacher, coach showed porn to child, molested them, detectives say
TAMPA – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office arrested a teacher and coach for showing pornographic images and inappropriately touching a student at Livingstone Academy.
Livingstone Academy reached out to HCSO after the grandmother of a juvenile student reported her grandchild had been inappropriately touched by a teacher at the school. Through investigative means, detectives identified the suspect, Matthew Hike, 33. Detectives found Hike had shared several images of pornographic nature with the juvenile, too.
Hike is charged with Lewd or Lascivious Molestation (x5), and Sell or Distribute Obscene Material to a Minor (x3).
“Those adults placed in positions of trust who prey on our children and victimize them have no place in our community,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “This suspect did not have the student in his class, but instead targeted the juvenile in the hallway, gaining the victim’s trust and friendship before committing this heinous crime.”
Not only was Hike a teacher at Livingstone Academy, a school for children with disabilities, he was also an assistant football coach at Bloomingdale High School.

Fox News Host Says He is Hearing That Hunter Biden Will Be Indicted
Fox News host Jesse Watters is claiming to have a source saying that Hunter Biden will be indicted.
Watters added that he will probably be pardoned and that Joe Biden will not seek re-election.
“[W]e all see that Emperor Joe Biden has no clothes,” Watters said during Friday night’s episode of Jesse Waters Primetime. “Joe Biden isn’t perfect. Joe Biden is not making anybody happy. He is not delivering for Republicans or Democrats or anybody. And, his polling numbers are terrible. And, Democrats are about to get wiped out. And America knows it. So does the media. But, the media has too much pride to admit they were wrong. So, the cover-up continues.”
Watters then dropped the claim about Hunter Biden, though he did not indicate who his source was.
“We told you this week, his approval rating slipped to 34%,” Watters continued. “He is losing blacks, whites, Latinos. ‘Primetime’ is hearing that Hunter will be indicted. Biden will probably pardon this on and announce he is not running for reelection. So, who else is there to carry the torch? Could it be Kamala?”
This month, the lawyer for an Arkansas woman who battled Hunter Biden for child support made a similar prediction, according to a report from the Western Journal.
“I expect him to be indicted,” attorney Clint Lancaster said. “Just based on what I saw in his financial records, I would be surprised if he’s not indicted.”
The report adds, “Last month, Roberts traveled to Delaware to testify to a federal grand jury. Lancaster said he had supplied ‘a significant amount of Hunter’s financial records’ to investigators in compliance with a subpoena. The records, he said, were from the child support case.”
Lancaster said he “saw a lot of information” that is “problematic” for Biden.

Russia investigates alleged footage of Ukrainian troops torturing POWs
Unverified graphic footage purports to show Ukrainian servicemen shooting Russians at point-blank range
Russia has launched a probe after graphic video emerged online, purporting to show the torture of prisoners of war at the hands of Ukrainian servicemen.
“The video circulating online shows captured soldiers being shot in the legs with medical assistance,” the country’s Investigative Committee said in a statement on Sunday.
The head of the body, Alexander Bastrykin, has ordered “investigators to establish all the circumstances of the incident, collect and record evidence and identify all the persons involved in it to subsequently bring them to justice.” While it was not immediately clear where or when the disturbing videos were shot, some reports indicate the incident unfolded at a military compound located in the eastern Ukrainian region of Kharkov, which is used by “nationalist” units, the committee added.
Multiple disturbing clips apparently filmed at the same unknown facility, emerged online over the weekend. The videos are so extremely graphic that RT is unable to share them.
The footage shows multiple people, apparently Russian prisoners of war, lying on the ground. All of the servicemen appear to be heavily beaten and have leg wounds.
The injured soldiers are interrogated by armed men, many of whom are wearing blue armbands commonly used by Ukrainian units. Some of the wounded personnel apparently died during the interrogation. Footage also shows three other prisoners ordered out of a van and shotin their legs at a point-blank range.
The extreme cruelty displayed in the videos has garnered condemnation, even from pro-Ukrainian figures. The founder of the US-government funded Bellingcat “investigative journalism” outlet Eliot Higgins, for instance, has described it as “very serious incident” and called for a “further investigation” of the disturbing imagery.
Moscow attacked neighboring Ukraine last month, following a seven-year standoff over Kiev’s failure to implement the terms of the Minsk agreements, and Russia’s eventual recognition of the Donbass republics of Donetsk and Lugansk. The German- and French-brokered protocols had been designed to regularize the status of those regions within the Ukrainian state.
Russia has now demanded that Ukraine officially declare itself a neutral country that will never join the US-led NATO military alliance. Kiev insists the Russian offensive was completely unprovoked and has denied claims it was planning to retake the two republics by force.

FDA Tells Doctors In 8 States To Stop Using COVID-19 Treatment
U.S. drug regulators have directed health care workers in eight states to stop using a COVID-19 treatment because it may not be effective against an Omicron subvariant that is rising in prevalence.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said sotrovimab, a monoclonal antibody used to treat COVID-19, can no longer be used in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
Providers in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are also being told to stop using stotrovimab.
Regulators believe the treatment, which was given emergency use authorization in May 2021, “is unlikely to be effective against the BA.2 subvariant,” the FDA said in a statement.
BA.2 is a subvariant of Omicron, a variant of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus.
According to genomic surveillance conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, BA.2 was responsible for 12.6 percent of COVID-19 cases in the United States in the week ending on March 5. But the agency projected an increase to 35 percent in the week ending on March 19, and the subvariant was pegged as circulating widely in the northeast.
Based on the estimates, BA.2 is responsible for the majority of the cases in the states where administration of sotrovimab is now limited.
The FDA had indicated in February that it would limit the treatment.
Several studies have indicated sotrovimab does not perform well against BA.2, including one published in Nature Medicine.
But GlaxoSmithKline and Vir Biotechnology, the makers of the drug, have said testing suggested the treatment retained neutralizing activity against BA.2.
The companies said Friday they were aware of the FDA’s move and are preparing to send a data package to the agency and other regulatory authorities that show a higher dose of sotrovimab works against BA.2.
COVID-19 treatments that do appear to be effective against BA.2 include Pfizer’s pill, paxlovid; the antiviral from Gilead Sciences known as remdesivir; and the recently authorized bebtelovimab, a monoclonal made by Eli Lilly, according to the FDA.
“We will continue to monitor BA.2 in all U.S. regions and may revise the authorization further to ensure that patients with COVID-19 have effective treatments available. Health care providers should also monitor the frequency of BA.2 in their region as they choose appropriate treatment options for patients,” the agency said.
The FDA previously cut off authorization for REGEN-COV, a monoclonal from Regeneron, and a separate treatment from Eli Lilly because laboratory testing suggested they didn’t hold up well against Omicron.

Report: Biden Officials Prepare for ‘Mass Migration Event’ at Southern Border
Top officials at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency are reportedly preparing for a “mass migration event” at the United States-Mexico border if President Joe Biden ends the last set of Trump-era border controls.
Reports have circulated in recent weeks that Biden is considering ending the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) order known as Title 42, first imposed by Trump, which gives federal immigration officials broad authority to quickly return border crossers to their native countries.
An internal ICE email, reviewed by the Washington Post, warned top agency officials that they should prepare for a “mass migration event” if Biden ends Title 42. The email also suggested that officials coordinate with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that would help them quickly release tens of thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior.
Last week, Breitbart News exclusively reported that Biden’s DHS is considering ending Title 42 on April 1, 2022. Such a move, Rep. Tony Gonzalez (R-TX) says, would double monthly illegal immigration levels at the southern border.
Similarly, Axios reports that Biden’s top-level officials are bracing for “a massive influx of more than 170,000” illegal aliens if Title 42 is ended. Currently, the officials estimate that about 25,000 foreign nationals are waiting on the Mexican side to rush the border when Biden ends Title 42.
While Sens. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Cory Booker (D-NJ), and Alex Padilla (D-CA) have lobbied Biden to end Title 42, Sens. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) and Mark Kelly (D-AZ) have urged the administration to continue enforcing the authority.
“Given the impacts that changes to Title 42 could have on border communities, border security, and migrants, we urge your administration not to make any changes to Title 42 implementation until you are completely ready to execute and coordinate a comprehensive plan that ensures a secure, orderly, and humane process at the border,” they wrote.
Meanwhile, the Mark Zuckerberg-funded National Immigration Forum has been lobbying Biden to end Title 42 for months. Likewise, associates of former President George W. Bush have called the policy “arbitrary and harmful” while advocating for its elimination.
In 2021, more than two million border crossers and illegal aliens arrived at the southern border. This year, experts predict more than 2.1 million will arrive.
At the same time, hundreds of thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens are being released into the U.S. interior every few months. From January 2021 to August 2021, for example, more than half a million were released into the U.S. interior.
In January of this year, more than 62,500 border crossers and illegal aliens were released into the U.S. interior — a foreign population more than twice the size of Princeton, New Jersey; nearly twice the size of Lexington, Massachusetts; and more than six times the size of Jackson, Wyoming.
