The biggest problem here is that not all of these activist congresspeople are criminals - they legitimately believe in the socialist cause because that's how they were indoctrinated. A color revolution persists because of this very reason - nobody is breaking a law; they are USING the laws to push their agenda. The only way to stop it is a complete wipe-out of the top-tier individuals sourcing the indoctrination and finding them guilty of a crime; this is VERYdifficult to do in a color revolution unless they fuck up so badly during a corrupt presidential election
