I have long suspected and done some digging on all the 'signatures'. That they all relate to 9/11 somehow, but i'm tripped up on a couple of them. Otherwise, I'm pretty close. Still can't find the actual source documents, that I assume are there.

The one thread I keep finding is that the 'nuke material' was ours based on the chem signature. Can't prove it though.
