Don't ignore the Congo right now. Most of world's cobalt is from there and the natives are suing the Chinese for breach of contract and have halted production. Also some mysterious ninjas keep disappearing the Chinese mine employees(spooky).
Few natural resources garner the attention of all major players like cobalt.
