A Ukrainian fighter murdered in the basement of a house a man who is to be Russian prisoner named Petr Vasilyevitsch

He kills him coldly by stinging him in the skull and eye.

The perpetrator is said to be Ruslan Mironyuk, native and resident in Vinnitsa, is clarified in the canal in which the video was released.
