Man, I just moved to a new neighborhood.. my first "nice" neighborhood to own a house in.. I was poking around looking for contractors and wondering whats the best way to find good ones when you don't know anybody.. someone turned me to the "nextdoor" app.. which.. of course is handy in all sorts of ways.. but its creepyAF.. totally creating a culture of "report your neighbors habits etc".. People on there calling out addresses for political affiliation, mentioning their family "guy with 2 little kids and a bunch of flags in his yard gave me 'a look' when I drove by his house" shit like that.
if you're not on it, might check it out just to see what your neighbors are broadcasting.. Also you can find local contractor reviews.
