We've been speculating as to why Biden keeps going to Delaware so much.
We all know that it helps when you don't have to keep a visitor log and all. Sure, that could very well be one of the reasons. But remember what Killary had at her house? Her own server!! So that she could do whatever she wanted, i.e. the pay to play and shit, without being detected or foia'd. Well who's to say Xidan isn't doing the same?? He's using the server to please his masters and probably doing his own pay to play schemes, but this time it's going to be different, why?
