Prosecution and conviction matter. Once he is convicted (found guilty) of his charged crimes, THEN the feds/state can petition for Seizure of Assets.
Decriminalization is different than legalization. If federall legalized, the entire industry comes under gov't control both state and federal.
Decriminalization is what we need and will certainly not get.
