Nothing has ever been done innocently and Congress has always been the problem. They are elected to be our representatives. To be the stewards of the Peoples' freedom. How would you rate their success?
Just 20 years ago it was an average voter turnout at the polls of under 60%. I suspect it's about the same. So, if you're not planning to vote, why register?
