Every day for years I check local arrest. I also like to read the probable cause affidavit on unique arrest. Last month at the beginning of March on one day there were a couple dozen people arrested for US Marshal: Administrative Hold. Today there were another huge bunch of people arrested for the same thing. I have never seen clusters of this before like I have in the last two months. Anyone have any theories or ways I can search the persons that are being held to see what they are in trouble for? Thanks.
