sounds stupid … the point of Gitmo concentration camps and torture facilities are that they are extrajudicial, for foreign combatants only, you cannot sentence Americans to be sent in Gitmo and come to think of it, the Military Tribunals for American citizens at Gitmo sounds preposterous.
