Strange Signal Causes Headaches to Employees

The signal below was measured at our office in Zurich, Switzerland, by BAKOM, the communication authority. The signal correlates with our employees having migraine like headaches all at the same time. It also correlates with electronic devices being disrupted (fluorescent lamps flatter, printer restarts, door bell out of service, … )
\Delta_f is about 12 MHz.
Anyone could tell what this signal might be???
We also found out that 9 of our employees were contaminated with heavy metals. Only the contaminated employees react to the signal below with migraine like headaches - all at the same time.
The signal is some kind of an equally distributed frequency field ranging between 800 MHz and 6 GHz. BAKOM did not measure below 600 MHz. There is also a zoomed view of the signal.
