is the point there that bacon has fallen in price? Because I look around for sales on bacon, and $4 a pound is a sale. I see bacon for $7 or $8 a pound. I don't buy that, but that's about the normal price of bacon.

Agree. Bacon is typically more than $4 a pound and $8 a pound is pretty typical.
