I have 4 kids, always told them absolutely NO TATTOOS until you turn 18. Now only one kid has a few Tatoos & done very tasteful.
Children are being guided by their Parents.

They aren't old enough to make these choices until 18 or even 24 when the brain stops growing.

My reasons were: What they like at a young age will change from when they are adults. Same for gage piercing. Wait until 18
Thank the Lord above they didn't do that either.
I still had my fair share of issues with a couple of my kids though. Drugs
I rode their asses and kept them in the system when they turned 18-19 BAMMM Got busted and tried as an adult. 2yrs probation for 2 of my kids.
They straightened up. No more Juvenile charges.
I warned'em… They are both Married with kids of their own now. Fine parents.
