Image in this tweet leads to an interesting article on the case against birthright citizenship. Easy fix to the problem of the 14th is that you cannot be a Citizen unless you are born to parents that are both citizens. This doesn't create a "catch 22". It puts a stop gap in place to a broken interpretation of constitutional law. It needs to be corrected.
