Elon asked "What would you do to fix Twitter?" (I'm paraphrasing) and anons provided him with list(s). Let's see what happens. He's smart enough to have thought of everything on those lists (plus many more, I'm certain), but he's also smart enough to advertise his intent by opening up the discussion on the public square. This shows engagement/ownership by the community is welcomed under (what appears to be) new management.
