Joe Biden spoke off the cuff Monday to reporters on the White House lawn.

Biden told reporters, “[Putin] is a war criminal… We have to gather all the detail [to] have a war-crime trial. This guy is brutal. What’s happening in Bucha is outrageous.”

President Joe Biden on Monday called for a war crimes trial against Russia President Vladimir Putin and said he’d seek more sanctions after reported atrocities in Ukraine.

“You saw what happened in Bucha,” Biden said. He added that Putin “is a war criminal”

Biden’s comments to reporters came after Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited Bucha, one of the towns surrounding Kyiv where Ukrainian officials say the bodies of civilians have been found. Zelenskyy called the Russian actions “genocide” and called for the West to apply tougher sanctions against Russia.

Biden, however, stopped short of calling the actions genocide.

The bodies of 410 civilians have been removed from Kyiv-area towns that were recently retaken from Russian forces, Ukraine’s prosecutor-general, Iryna Venediktova, said. Associated Press journalists saw the bodies of at least 21 people in various spots around Bucha, northwest of the capital.

Zelenskyy to Mothers of Russian Soldiers: ‘See What Bastards You’ve Raised’

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy attacked the mothers of Russian soldiers in a post to Telegram on Sunday.

Zelenskyy told them to “see what bastards you’ve raised,” later adding that their sons have “no souls.”

“Mothers of Russian soldiers should see that,” wrote Zelenskyy along with photos from Bucha. “See what bastards you’ve raised. Murderers, looters, butchers.”

The message was a sharp turn in tone from previous messages to the mothers of Russian soldiers, in which he implored them not to send their boys to fight in Ukraine.

In a follow up video message, Zelenskyy asserted that the sons have “no souls.”

“Russian mothers! Even if you raised looters, how did they also become butchers? You couldn’t be unaware of what’s inside your children. You couldn’t overlook that they are deprived of everything human. No soul. No heart. They killed deliberately and with pleasure.” Zelenskyy claimed in the video.

The people in Wisconsin are like those across the nation who are livid because of the obviously tainted results that were certified for senile Joe Biden in the 2020 Election. Numerous fraudulent activities have been uncovered to date and the number keeps on growing as does the number of individuals who are calling for decertification.

Former Supreme Court Justice in the state of Wisconsin, Michael Gableman, called for the decertification of the state’s results from the 2020 Election in March after months of investigative work in the state. This was not taken lightly based on Gableman’s background and professionalism throughout his career.

The only reason the 2020 results in Wisconsin have not been decertified is because GOP Speaker of the House, Robin Vos, doesn’t want to decertify. Vos has been obstinate since November 3rd, 2020 to prevent any efforts to overturn the election for Biden.

Vos was also instrumental in agreeing to voter drop boxes being inserted around the state during the 2020 Election in spite of these being unconstitutional. Vos actually supported the effort across the country. Rather than address the obvious election fraud in the state in 2020, Vos has done all he can to cover it up.

Hillary Clinton Campaign Pays $113,000 FEC Fine in Admission of Guilt for Producing Steele Dossier — Now Hopes Media Will Assist Them in Killing the Story

The DNC and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign agreed to pay $113,000 to settle a Federal Election Commission investigation into whether they violated campaign finance law.

That is according to documents sent Tuesday to the Coolidge Reagan Foundation, which had filed an administrative complaint in 2018 accusing the Democrats of misreporting payments made to a law firm during the 2016 campaign to obscure the spending – Via Huffington Post.

Kash Patel, the former National Security Council Senior Director of Counterterrorism, and the lead investigator for Rep. Devin Nunes in exposing the FBI’s involvement in the debunked Trump-Russia dossier, says Hillary Clinton and the DNC now hope this massive scandal will all just go away.

Of course, they are counting on the fake news mainstream media in closing the curtains on this massive fraud they perpetrated on the American public.

The lead investigator for the House Intelligence Committee’s 2018 probe into the FBI’s investigation of alleged Trump–Russia collusion, Kash Patel, said the fact that the Hillary Clinton campaign is paying a penalty to Federal Election Commission (FEC) is an admittance of guilt. Clinton and DNC are doing so to bury the narrative and prevent more media coverage of these illegal activities, said Patel.

“I think the public sees what that is. It’s their way of burying the narrative, because if they contested what happens, more media coverage, more people start looking into these things,” Patel said.

“So the Hillary Clinton campaign is not contesting it, they’re paying the fine. It’s basically admitting that they did this and they’re out is: ‘we just don’t want a protracted legal deal, as if the Hillary Clinton campaign and DNC ever shied away from taking something or someone to court,” Patel added.

Clinton’s campaign and the DNC agreed to pay a combined $113,000 to the FEC, according to documents made public on March 30, after the commission found probable cause that the entities violated federal law by describing payments that ultimately went to the Fusion GPS research group as going toward legal services and consulting.

Almost entire world population breathing substandard air – WHO

Governments urged to do more to fight endemic pollution

The UN body tasked with advising governments on global public health challenges updated its air-pollution database on Monday for the first time since 2018. According to the new information, 99% of the world’s population breathes air that falls short of its standard for quality.

The WHO revised its standard for air pollution last year to emphasize the urgency for more government action on the issue. In a Monday press release explaining the update, the WHO claims that “the evidence… points to significant harm caused by even low levels of many air pollutants” and is “growing rapidly.” The organization estimates that seven million deaths occur each year from “exposure to ambient and household air pollution.”

The new database includes measurements from an additional 2,000 cities actively monitoring air quality. More than 6,000 cities in 117 countries are now participating in the study.

The WHO notes that 1,500 of the cities added are in low-income and developing countries, which it says remain both inadequately monitored and more replete with air-quality problems. So an apparent rise in the portion of the world’s population breathing poor-quality air is to be expected.

Among other recommendations to curb air pollution, the WHO urges the need for “speeding up the transition to healthier energy systems,” and to accelerate the transition “towards a world that is much less dependent on fossil fuels.” It also recommends “safe and affordable public transport systems” and “stricter vehicle emissions and efficiency standards.”

UN member states have sought to apply WHO advice as they improve air quality in their cities to varying extents. In February, France opted to postpone a planned ban on private motor vehicles in Paris until 2024. It had previously postponed a ban on gas-powered vehicles and diesel-powered cars manufactured before 2006 and 2011, respectively, which it intends to implement next year.

Meanwhile, China recorded Beijing’s average concentration of hazardous airborne PM 2.5 particles to be just 5 micrograms per cubic meter during its lunar New Year celebration in January, down from 289 micrograms per cubic meter during last year’s celebration. Chinese officials achieved this drastic decline by means of a complete fireworks ban across the city.

Former Russian presidential candidate seeks Israeli citizenship – media

Billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov arrived in Israel several days ago, but his company denies he is applying for citizenship

One of Russia’s wealthiest people, Mikhail Prokhorov, has applied for Israeli citizenship, the country’s media reported on Monday.

Several days ago, Prokhorov, who is listed by Bloomberg as Russia’s 14th richest individual with a net worth of $11.4 billion, arrived on a private jet from Switzerland, and has since filed all the necessary paperwork to become an Israeli citizen, local news site Ynet reports.

ONEXIM group, one of Russia’s major private investment funds, which is owned by the tycoon, dismissed the report.

“Mikhail Dmitrievich underwent a medical examination, for which he flew to Israel,” the company’s press office told Russian business daily RBC.

Prokhorov, who previously owned the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets basketball team, has not been sanctioned by the US, EU or UK over the events in Ukraine. Other high-profile Russian businessmen have had their assets frozen over their alleged ties to the Kremlin and President Vladimir Putin.

Prokhorov also tried his hand at politics, running unsuccessfully in the 2012 Russian presidential elections, when Putin regained the presidency after a stint as prime minister. The tycoon received 5.7 million votes, finishing in third place, and did particularly well in Moscow, where he won over 20% of the vote.

He left politics in 2015, but the liberal party he founded, Civic Platform, continues to operate. In 2021, it won a single seat in Russia's parliament, with Rifat Shaykhutdinov elected to represent the Urals Federal District.

Another One? Kamala Harris Deputy Chief-Of-Staff Quits

Over the past two years, staffers working for Vice President Kamala Harris have described her as a "soul-destroying bully" whose office is a "dysfunctional" mess.

Now - Harris's deputy chief of staff Michael Fuchs is becoming the latest in a long list of departures from the VP's staff, according to Reuters, citing a leaked internal staff memo.

Fuchs, who served as a foreign policy advisor to former President Bill Clinton and worked in senior roles at the U.S. State Department under former President Barack Obama's administration, advised Harris on domestic and international issues, helped manage staff and often accompanied her on foreign trips. -Reuters

Fuchs will remain in the office for approximately another month in order to "ensure a smooth transition," according to the memo.

"Fifteen months later, it's almost difficult to recall the magnitude of the challenges we faced when we came in, from an unprecedented pandemic to historically difficult economic circumstances," wrote Fuchs.

Word of Fuchs' departure follows a March 21 announcement that Harris's National Security Adviser Nancy McEldowney was stepping down from her role, while her communications team - which had several high-profile screwups in their first year - has also seen several high-profile departures.

Jamal Simmons, the vice president's communications director, said Harris "is grateful for Michael's tireless work, leadership and the many miles he traveled domestically and internationally … our entire team will miss Michael as he begins this next chapter." In other news, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki decided to stop bailing water out of the rowboat as well - an has announced that she'll be leaving her position in coming weeks despite having no obvious replacement.

Also, Biden COVID-19 response coordinator Jeff Zients will be leaving after 14 months on the job, while National Security Council spokeswoman Emily Horne left on March 25.

"This period before the midterms is a common time for officials to depart," said one anonymous White House official.

For the US to get Russia booted from the UN HRC, two-thirds of the United Nations' 193 member countries would have to vote in favor of the move. It must be remembered (in light of the UN HRC is being pointed to as a farce) that China and Venezuela have a seat on the council, and Saudi Arabia has in past years.

"The Russian Defense Ministry on April 3 dismissed the Kiev regime’s charges its forces had allegedly killed civilians in the community of Bucha, the Kiev Region," an explanation in Russian state media begins based on the foreign ministry statements.

"The ministry recalled that Russian forces left Bucha on March 30 while faked evidence of alleged killings was presented four days later, when Ukrainian security service SBU agents arrived in the locality," TASS writes. "The Russian Defense Ministry also said that on March 31 Bucha’s Mayor Anatoly Fedoruk said in a video address that there were no Russian soldiers in the community. Nor did he mention any locals allegedly shot on the streets."

"All Bets Are Off" - Shares Of Trump's 'Truth Social' Slide As Executives Quit, Elon Buys Twitter Stake

Shares of DWAC, better known as President Trump's Truth Social competitor to Twitter, have been hammered by reports that the app has been experiencing technical issues that have rendered it non-functional (despite promises that it would be up and running smoothly by now).

Josh Adams and Billy Boozer - the company’s chiefs of technology and product development - joined the venture last year and quickly became central players in its bid to build a social-media empire, backed by Trump’s powerful brand, to counter what many conservatives deride as “cancel culture” censorship from the left.

Less than a year later, both have resigned their senior posts at a critical juncture for the company’s smartphone-app release plans, according to two sources familiar with the venture.

Their departures followed the failed launch of the company's iPhone app on Feb. 20. More than a month later, many users are still on the waiting list and unable to access the platform., despite promises from former Rep. Devin Nunes that the app would be operational by the end of March.

Another obstacle to growth is the fact that the company has an app for iPhones, but no app for Android phones, which means more than 40% of American consumers won't be able to access it.

While Reuters said it couldn't determine the exact reasoning behind why the executives decided to quit, without them, sources familiar with the company's operations warned that "all bets are off".

The exit of two executives critical to the app-launch efforts could imperil the company’s progress as it tries to prove it can compete with mainstream platforms such as Twitter, said two people familiar with the company. Like Twitter, Trump’s platform offers users the chance to connect and share their thoughts.

"If Josh has left… all bets are off," one of those sources said of tech chief Adams, calling him the "brains" behind Truth Social’s technology.

Another source familiar with the venture said that Boozer also had a major leadership role as product chief, running management across technology infrastructure, design and development teams.

Reuters could not determine the specific circumstances behind the executives’ resignations, or whether they have been replaced or their duties reassigned. It also remains unclear whether Adams and Boozer still work on the venture in a different capacity after quitting their executive posts.

EU Preps New Russia Sanctions After Bucha Massacre Which Kremlin Calls Staged "Provocation"

Following a weekend where Ukraine released a barrage of videos it says depicts massacres of civilians in the town of Bucha on the outskirts of Kiev, Western powers are mulling and readying a next wave of anti-Russia sanctions due to what the US and others say are war crimes.

The European Council said in a Monday statement: "The European Union condemns in the strongest possible terms the reported atrocities committed by the Russian armed forces in a number of occupied Ukrainian towns, that have now been liberated."

Ukrainian and Western media sources are widely citing that at least 300 residents of Bucha were killed, a town now back in control of Ukrainian forces, after the area endured "unspeakable horrors". Western media and officials are now increasingly using the word genocide to describe it. Ukrainian authorities say they've counted 410 among the bodies, most of them with gunshots, strewn about the town.

"The massacres in the town of Bucha and other Ukrainian towns will be inscribed in the list of atrocities committed on European soil," the EU added.

The Kremlin is vehemently rejecting the accusations, calling it a 'staged provocation' for the purpose of triggering more sanctions and drawing the West more into the fight. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said, "Yesterday, the current UN SC president, Britain, acting in accordance with its worst traditions, once again refused to give consent to holding a Security Council meeting on Bucha. Today, Russia will demand once again the UN Security Council meet in session to discuss criminal provocations by the Ukrainian military and radicals in that city," according to TASS.

Obama to return to White House for Biden announcement expanding Obamacare

Former President Barack Obama will join President Joe Biden at the White House on Tuesday for an event to promote Obamacare, a White House official said.

The two presidents and Vice President Kamala Harris are scheduled to "deliver remarks celebrating the success of the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid in extending affordable health insurance to millions of Americans as part of the President’s agenda to cut costs for American families," according to an email statement from the White House.

This will be Obama's first appearance at the White House since leaving office in January 2017.

The event will highlight additional executive actions President Biden will take to expand Obamacare, which was signed into law by Obama 12 years ago, the White House said.

Last month, the Biden administration announced that a record 14.5 million Americans had signed up for subsidized health insurance through the online Obamacare marketplaces since Nov. 1, including more than 10 million through HealthCare.gov.

“Twelve years ago, I proudly stood beside President Barack Obama as he signed into law the most consequential expansion of health care in generations: the Affordable Care Act,” Biden said in a statement.

“With the stroke of a pen — after decades of tireless efforts — millions of Americans gained peace of mind. And because of my Administration’s efforts, including passing the landmark American Rescue Plan, we have lowered health care costs and made coverage more accessible than ever before — even amid a global pandemic,” he added.

Obama also issued a statement remarking on the 12-year anniversary of the Affordable Care Act becoming law.

"During the pandemic, the Affordable Care Act helped make vaccines and COVID-19 tests available for free, covered emergency hospitalizations, and prevented insurance companies from denying anyone coverage based on a pre-existing condition," he said on Twitter.

Obama's sweeping health care reform law was the signature achievement of his presidency, radically changing how Americans interact with health insurance providers.

Obamacare created state-run marketplaces where lower-income Americans could purchase health insurance at a subsidized "affordable" cost. But the law also mandated that health insurance providers include certain essential health benefits in their plans, including coverage for pre-existing conditions and other mandated medical treatments. To cover the cost of providing these benefits, health insurers stopped providing certain plans and raised premiums on Americans who were ineligible for subsidized coverage.

According to the Heritage Foundation, the national average premiums paid in the individual health insurance market effectively doubled between 2013 and 2019. Health insurance deductibles also significantly increased for ACA-compliant coverage plans too, rising from an average of $5,100 in 2014 to $6,894 in 2021, while the average deductible for family coverage increased from $10,333 in 2014 to $13,949 in 2021.

These increased costs were accompanied by reduced access to medical providers, as health insurance companies have offered plans with narrower networks. Health insurers save money by dropping the most popular doctors or hospitals from their network because they know the people who are most sick are likely to use those health care providers and won't sign up for a plan that doesn't include them in their network.

Catholic University Speaker Says White Students Should ‘Crucify Their Whiteness’

The Atkins Center for Ethics at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, hosted an event titled “Rejecting White Christianity” on March 3. A guest speaker at the event, Miguel De La Torre, called for White Christians to “crucify” their “whiteness.”

“Eurochristian nationalism has been used to justify white supremacy. Many within communities of color, with colonized minds, seek to assimilate to a Euroamerican version of Christianity which is detrimental to their being,” reads an event description. “This presentation will explore what it means to see through the eyes of the dominant culture, how one rejects the Christianity of the dominant culture, and how one begins to create a different cultural foundation upon which to base one’s faith.”

The discussion was also billed as an “indigenous Latinx” lens through which one can conduct “ethical analysis” of Christianity. During his speech, De La Torre, a professor of “Latinx studies” at the Iliff School of Theology in Denver, Colorado, said white Christians should “crucify” their “whiteness”, according to The College Fix.

“Those of us who are colored, some of us can also be white,” De La Torre went on to say. “But the good news is there is salvation […] We [minorities of color] have to crucify our colonized minds, and for our white brothers and sisters, they need to crucify their whiteness.”

De La Torre later rejected the concept of hope as a “white concept” that makes racial minorities complacent. At one point, De La Torre called the idea “a middle-class excuse” to do nothing. “We embrace Euro-centric concepts like hope because it helps to pacify the oppressed during their oppression,” the professor told attendees. “It leads to spiritual liberation, and ignores physical liberation.”

“When eight out of ten white evangelicals voted for a person who is completely against everything Christianity stands for, I don’t know what Christianity they are practicing,” he continued. “But I want nothing to do with that Christianity.”

Fauci’s Colleague Offered to Secretly Erase a COVID-19 Paper Containing Data Hidden By China. It Happened During an ‘Extremely Contentious’ Zoom Call Which Saw Scientists ‘Yelling at Each Other’.

Kristian Andersen – an Anthony Fauci confidant who has received research grants worth millions from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director – reportedly offered to secretly delete a research paper exposing the U.S. National Institutes of Health’s erasure of a database containing information relevant to the origins of COVID-19.

Andersen, a virologist at the Scripps Research Institute, made the suggestion during a Zoom call with Fauci himself, alongside former National Institutes of Health (NIH) Director Francis Collins, and the paper’s author Jesse D. Bloom.

Bloom, an evolutionary biologist, had recovered a number of early SARS-CoV-2 genomic sequences, which were erased by the NIH at the request of Chinese Communist Party researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The Zoom call – the details of which were revealed by Vanity Fair – was arranged two days after Bloom had sent a preprint of the report to Fauci and Collins.

Collins is reported to have subsequently invited two outside scientists – Andersen and virologist Robert Garry – to participate. Both men have received millions in funds from Fauci’s agency. As his guests, Bloom invited Sergei Pond, an evolutionary biologist and Rasmus Nielsen, a genetic biologist, to the call.

“That it was shaping up like an old-fashioned duel with seconds in attendance did not cross Bloom’s mind at the time. But six months after that meeting, he remained so troubled by what transpired that he wrote a detailed account, which Vanity Fair obtained,” explained the outlet.

Bloom’s recounting of the Zoom call – described as “extremely contentious” – reveals that Andersen offered to secretly delete the paper.

Andersen’s opposition to the report – which provided evidence that the Chinese Community Party was attempting to cover up information about the early days of the virus’ spread – came months after he had privately emailed Fauci that some of COVID-19’s characteristics “(potentially) look engineered.”

The email, released via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request), was sent on January 31st, 2021, roughly five months before Bloom’s recovered the deleted database.

That’s when Andersen made a suggestion that surprised Bloom. He said he was a screener at the preprint server, which gave him access to papers that weren’t yet public. He then offered to either entirely delete the preprint or revise it “in a way that would leave no record that this had been done.” Bloom refused, saying that he doubted either option was appropriate, “given the contentious nature of the meeting.”

Bloom’s notes describe Andersen finding the preprint “deeply troubling” during the call, prompting him and another call participant to begin “yelling at each other.”

During a Monday appearance on Fox News Channel’s “America’s Newsroom,” Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) discussed the importance of investigating Hunter Biden’s business dealings with businessmen and government officials in China.

Grassley said it was necessary to know if there was “any sort of blackmail opportunity for China against the United States” because of President Joe Biden’s son’s relationships.

“What I and Senator Johnson have done at this point is bring out the facts and the bank records that prove that there was a close relationship between Hunter Biden, maybe James Biden, and business people in China that have close contacts with the communist party and with the military there,” Grassley explained. “And so, what’s concerning to us — we release all these documents. What’s concerning to us is — is there any sort of blackmail opportunity for China against the United States because of those close working relationships? I say it’s concerning.”

“We don’t have any records that would prove anything along that line, but when you have people high up in the Chinese government and business community, and you know what they want to do is they want ins in the United States for their own political benefit, then that’s concerning,” he continued. “But we can only expose the records that show that $5 million went from people in China to … Hunter Biden.”

Read, Obey, and Conform: U.N. to Release Climate Orders for Societies and Economies

Climate experts commissioned by the U.N. will release what is claimed to be the definitive guide to “halting global warming” on Monday, in a report ordering how societies and economies must transform to ensure a “liveable” future.

The U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is responsible for the publication designed to shape the global climate response in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

AFP reports the IPCC published the first two instalments earlier this year in a trilogy of mammoth scientific assessments covering how greenhouse gas pollution is claimed to be heating the planet and what that means for life on Earth.

This third report will outline what to do about it.

It comes just days after U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres appointed a panel led by Canada’s former environment minister to ensure private companies obey climate directives with “every business, investor, city, state and region” targeted for compliance by the globalist body, as Breitbart News reported.

“Governments have the lion’s share of responsibility to achieve net-zero emissions by mid-century,” Guterres said Friday when he announced the plan, adding this was particularly true for the Group of 20 major emerging and industrialized economies that account for 80 percent of greenhouse gas emissions.

Now two weeks of negotiations that have seen nearly 200 nations struggling to thrash out line-by-line a high-level “summary for policymakers” that distils the hundreds of pages of underlying assessment will be made public, according to AFP.

That meeting was supposed to wrap up on Friday, but dragged on through the weekend.

The IPCC assessment was originally due to be published publicly on Monday at 0900 GMT, but will now be released at 1500GMT.

“Everybody has something to lose and everybody has something to gain,” said one person close to the process.

The main focus of the report is on weaning the global economy off fossil fuels and moving to low- or zero-carbon sources of energy, from solar and wind to nuclear, hydro and hydrogen.

The report’s finding will feed into U.N. political negotiations, which resume in November in Egypt at COP 27.

Israel will continue to strike Iranian targets in Syria after condemning Bucha massacre.

Israel will be able to do what it needs to defend itself even after condemning Russia for committing war crimes in Bucha, Ukraine, Defense Minister Benny Gantz said on Monday.

"We will continue to act everywhere in the Middle East where we need to act,” Gantz told Kan Radio when asked whether Foreign Minister Yair Lapid’s condemnation will impact coordination with Russia in Syria

Israel strikes Iranian targets in Syria, in order to prevent the Islamic Republic from entrenching itself near Israel’s northern border or transferring weapons to Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Jerusalem notifies Moscow before the strikes in order not to hit the Russian Army, which is the dominant military force in Syria. This deconfliction mechanism has been one of the reasons Israeli leaders have cited for not taking a more vocal and active stance in supporting Ukraine in its war with Russia.

Lapid said on Sunday that “It is impossible to remain indifferent in the face of the horrific images from the city of Bucha near Kyiv, from after the Russian army left. Intentionally harming a civilian population is a war crime and I strongly condemn it.”

Defense Minister Benny Gantz joined Lapid on Monday, saying: "I condemn murder of this kind; it really is a war crime.

"Even in war, we must make sure to follow the values that are called morality in fighting," Gantz told Kan Radio. "Unfortunately, civilians can be harmed in the framework of war, but they cannot be murdered as part of a war. This is something that looks very serious."

Corpses were found in the streets of Bucha, outside of Kyiv, shortly after Ukraine retook the town from Russian forces over the weekend.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that hundreds of dead bodies of civilians were found.

Photos released of the incident show that Russian forces organized the killing of civilians in Bucha by a gunshot with their hands tied behind their backs, according to a report by The Kyiv Independent. Similar killings took place in the city of Irpin, the report added.

Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine Michael Brodsky also tweeted on Sunday that the Bucha massacre was "a war crime and cannot be justified."

Finance Minister Avigdor Liberman, however, refused to condemn Russia for war crimes, taking a neutral stance.

“We all condemn war crimes,” Liberman told Army Radio in response to a question about the massacre. “There are mutual accusations here – Ukraine blames Russia and Russia blames Ukraine.”

Rather than condemn one side, Liberman said, “we need to understand there is a bloody war there and we need to maintain Israel’s moral position and, at the same time, our interests.”

Asked about his comment on Kan Radio hours later, Liberman persisted to say only that there were “difficult images” from Bucha.

Ketanji Brown Jackson Wanted to Empty Jails at Start of Pandemic

Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson said in the early days of the pandemic it would be "reasonable" to release "each and every" person in District of Columbia jails, and she went on to grant COVID-related releases to defendants and inmates implicated in serious crimes.

In the early days of the pandemic, Judge Jackson made a passionate appeal on behalf of inmates in Washington, D.C., jails and said pandemic conditions could justify releasing them.

"The obvious increased risk of harm that the COVID-19 pandemic poses to individuals who have been detained in the District’s correctional facilities reasonably suggests that each and every criminal defendant who is currently in D.C. DOC custody—and who thus cannot take independent measures to control their own hygiene and distance themselves from others—should be released," she wrote. She went on to urge Congress to take action to help.

In one instance, Jackson granted pretrial release to a defendant allegedly involved in a deadly fentanyl-trafficking ring, requiring only that he comply with a 10 p.m. curfew. In another case, she released an inmate with multiple bank robbery convictions. Prosecutors opposed both moves.

COVID outbreaks were common in prisons across the country and prompted authorities to reduce jail populations to slow transmission. As of this writing, 292 inmates have died of COVID out of 135,000 in the federal system—less than one quarter of one percent—according to the Bureau of Prisons. Some researchers suggest this move contributed to the late spike in violent crime.

Republican opposition to Jackson during her confirmation hearing was pinned to her lenient sentencing, particularly to individuals convicted on charges related to child pornography. In many cases, she imposed sentences far below sentencing guidelines and the recommendations of prosecutors. Her call to release dangerous criminals back onto the streets due to the pandemic could further those concerns.

Jackson made the remark on COVID releases in the course of denying a request for release from a defendant named Sean Ray Wiggins, a high-level heroin dealer. But her pro-inmate appeal was the opening passage of the decision, apparently serving as the frame for all that followed. And she urged Congress to take steps to facilitate release of inmates.

"It is crystal clear that the dangers of the moment call for more systematic action than a judge can grant in any one case," she wrote.

Jackson sprung several inmates from jail due to COVID despite serious underlying offenses.

One such defendant was Devon Dabney, who was arrested for distribution of fentanyl in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 28, 2020. Dabney was allegedly part of a drug ring based in an area of Washington, D.C., that authorities were surveilling and pursuing. At least one fentanyl overdose was connected to the ring.

Ex-intel officer: Spy agency sought Hunter Biden laptop back in 2020 to see if family compromised

Spy agency wanted to know if "there's compromising information on that hard drive," Tony Shaffer says.

A retired intelligence officer says a U.S. spy agency asked for his help in fall 2020 to try to acquire a copy of the Hunter Biden laptop contents ahead of the presidential election.

Retired Army Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer's account to Just the News was confirmed by three other people who were approached by Shaffer or the agency or were involved in the approach.

They said the agency's interest was to analyze the hard drive contents for any evidence or patterns of how foreign adversaries were seeking to compromise prominent Americans or their families.

Shaffer provided details about the approach during an appearance Friday on the Just the News television show on Real America's Voice.

"A three-letter agency came to me and said, 'Hey, we've heard that you have access to a copy of the Hunter Biden hard drive. Could we get a copy?'" Shaffer said during the interview. "And I said, like, 'Do you know what's on there? I mean, we're talking about everything from child porn, to, you know, all these these issues regarding the president.'

"And they said, 'We don't care. … We want to either confirm or refute it. We want to act factual. We don't have a political dog in the fight. What our concern is, is that if there's compromising information on that hard drive, this is before the election, the president could be compromised to the level of owing either China or or Ukraine something. And this is what this three letter agency was concerned about."

A U.S. official directly familiar with the effort confirmed the request to Just the News, saying the intelligence community wanted to know if anything on the hard drive had been hacked, whether the Biden family was compromised, and whether there were any patterns about how foreign adversaries were seeking to compromise prominent Americans.

The agency abandoned the request when it became apparent there were multiple versions of the hard drive floating around and could not ascertain chain of custody, the official said.

Ukrainian-American Biolabs’ Existence Proved By Various Sources

Hunter Biden, the son of US President Joe Biden, who has been involved in a number of corruption schemes (including in Ukraine), has also been suspected of being one the key financiers of the controversial US-operated Ukrainian biolab. Even the New York Post now admits this. New evidence has now emerged, and the Russian Ministry of Defense has disclosed emails which show Biden’s involvement in pathogen research in Ukraine, helping a California defense contractor do business in the Eastern European country.

According to the emails, Hunter Biden introduced San Francisco pathogen research company Metabiota to officials in the Ukrainian gas company Burisma (where he himself was a board member). They also show that Biden helped attract funds for Black & Veatch and Metabiota firms.

So far, all Russian and Chinese allegations and concerns about the possibility of a Ukrainian illegal biological weapons program have been described by the Western media as “propaganda”, “fake news”, and “conspiracy theories”.

The US Embassy in Kiev own website lists the Defense Threat Reduction Office (DTRO) contact information in Kiev and states it provides cooperative threat reduction (CTR) to a number of Ukrainian ministries and runs assistance programs such as the Biological Threat Reduction Program (BTRP). The DTRO answers to the Pentagon’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency, which has its origins in the famous 1942-1947 Manhattan Project. A number of labs work together with this agency in Ukraine, and the head contractor of many of them is the aforementioned American company Black & Veatch. At this point, it might be interesting to recall some events:

On February 28, four days after the Russian military operations started in Ukraine, Bulgarian journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva tweeted that at least 15 PDF documents pertaining to such laboratories had been deleted by the US Embassy website without explanation. The internet archive Wayback Machine still allows one to obtain such deleted documents.

On March 8, during a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing, US Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland did confirm that there are American biolabs operating in Ukraine, and that she was concerned that “Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of [them].” The next day, Jen Psaki, White House Press Secretary, tweeted that Moscow has “a long and well-documented track record of using chemical weapons.” This in fact can be said about Washington itself, which to this day is criticized by the Federation of American Scientists for adhering to a controversial interpretation of the Biological Weapons Convention pertaining to its Department of Homeland Security programs.
