Why do the most powerful EU leaders (reportedly) have no children?

I can think of several options:

 

  1. They do not want their kids to be subjected to the same torture as them.

 

  1. They were given a ticket to the new world order, but no room for their kids.

 

  1. They are banking on immortality.

 

  1. They're clones (multiple options:)

 

A. They cannot reproduce.

 

B. They can just clone themselves (immortality)

 

C. It is part of the contract with those who own them
