Who is speaking in Psalm 8:4?
What is man, that thou art mindful of him?
Evidently who it is that is speaking is not of the race of the Children of Men.
Could it be that news of the impending creation of the Children of Men and subsequent alteration to the Cosmic Hierarchy is that which caused the petition in Psalm 8:4?
Could it be that their petition was not answered to their satisfaction and [they] therefore rebelled?
