VIDEO: Russian Federation UN Ambassador Nebenzia Addresses Allegations of War Crimes in Bucha

Russia Federation Ambassador Nebenzia: This is a warfare. In warfare, anything happens. You can not exclude that civilians are dying in a war. That is a sad fact of life. But the footage we are being presented with, in particular in Bucha, does not give us any doubt that that was a stage. We will present more evidence on that tomorrow when we speak in the Security Council.

Russia Federation Ambassador Nebenzia: I just saw a footage today on Russian television of the lady that gave birth in Mariupol, and she admitted that was a fake. She is a Ukrainian blogger…she was made to make that footage.

Russia Federation Ambassador Nebenzia: Suddenly they [bodies] appear on the streets [Bucha], one by one, right and left. Some of them are moving, some are showing signs of life. You cannot escape from the understanding that is a stage…Besides the warfare, we have an information war…we have evidence that was premeditated; that was arranged by Ukrainian information warfare machine.
