Possible. But in my experiences they use those who are addicted, part of a certain family, or are part of Clubs… I Have/and Currently am experiencing this.
The lookouts are not incentivized by $$$ but MAINTAINING/ Controlling territories. The homeless wouldnt have the facilitation or mechanisms to maintain that coordination. Its a bloodline/Club/Gang triangle that operates.
From shriners to the connected mafias to the biker gangs. Each play a role in facilitating and coordinating the black markets (like meth.fetanyl.human trafficking) . ONE Huge CLOWN Operation. If not, then coincidence they all just fly under radar.
I have a. step father (mason) connected to the mafias through biker gangs, (Specifically Marauders/Animals) that are making my life a living hell. To make matters worse, they connect to family friends and even close family such as brothers that operate under a code. I've done all I can, from addressing the issues bluntly/ reported activity/ to praying for them. Its been a year since… The drug trafficking has been addressed, but with my name attached to the reporting of the issue. Leaving me a target. It got to the point where I choose to keep and love my only family ive had, while continuing the fight knowing its a fight of time and not against them directly but those INFLUENCING/ FACILITATING the dark arts. Almost like a drug addict in the family, As Its easy to. cut them off and live your life but have personally learned after losing my father it wasn't the best approach. Now see it as similar to addressing the News with family, I'll answer questions, and be there IF welcome and asked. Would love to turn things around but its GOD plan to gift that opportunity, While also our choice in how we choose to deal with it. But forging the barrier so the loved one feels they no longer can ask for help/guidance is not ok. We are gifted family, and I won't allow demons to guide me from at least having that chance. with them . I will continue exposing the hidden hand FACILITATING the trauma while also Keeping my family, Prayers are appreciated moving forward, and any advice/input is greatly appreciated. Love you Patriots, and truly blessed to have journeyed these past few years with yince (Started digging in 2018, and exposing in 2019. Still doing that, and have been filled with joy SEEING how the Lord has operated and Lead me to this moment regardless of the trials) YOU anons being a anchor,and guide to those Fighting this good fight. Great Question Anon. I have fallen short in breaking free of the fear. Which your post instantly hits like a ton of bricks because I am fighting as an active duty soldier for God. but foolishly allowed my shield to waiver. TY for the blunt question. This needs imprinted within my soul. If you could pray for that strength, it would mean alot from a fellow brother (or sister) within the faith.

Seems the two intertwine at the higher rungs of power in these "clubs'. but Its God Will that shall be done, and if they are of the Lord, His Hand will guide them to the truth. Their posts. are ALWAYS out to create drama, incite reactions on topics anons KNOW to divert their attention, and obvious spam bots on topics like the synagogue of Satan. But they never seek Resolve, Prayer, or anything of Good just the same tactics you'd see by bullies.
