Germany has taken ownership of a local branch of Russia’s state-owned energy giant Gazprom. Berlin’s energy regulator will temporarily control the company despite Moscow’s previous insistence that such a move would be illegal.
Gazprom Germania, a subsidiary of the Saint Petersburg-based firm, operates some of the country’s largest natural gas storage facilities.
Economy Minister Robert Habeck announced the decision on Monday, arguing it would mean that Germany’s energy infrastructure is not “subject to arbitrary decisions by the Kremlin.”
“The arrangement of the trust administration serves to protect public safety and order and to maintain the security of supply,” Habeck told reporters, adding that the step “is urgently necessary” to ensure the “security of supply in Germany.”

The minister said the Gazprom branch would come under the trusteeship of the Federal Network Agency, Germany’s main energy regulator, until September 30. He did not elaborate on what would happen after that date, however, leaving it unclear how the government plans to proceed with the company.
While Gazprom announced last Friday that it would end its participation in the Gazprom Germania subsidiary, divesting all assets from the firm, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov nevertheless stated that any nationalization of Russian companies by Berlin would “seriously violate international law,” deeming it “unacceptable.”
“The nationalization in Germany of the subsidiaries of Gazprom and Rosneft would seriously violate international law… it will violate all imaginable and unimaginable laws,” Peskov told reporters on Friday.

MOSCOW, April 5. /TASS/. The situation in the Ukrainian city of Bucha is a false flag to discredit Russia and justify Western sanctions, and a genuine investigation into what happened is not something that NATO countries seek, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said on Tuesday.
"The only objective is to discredit Russia, justify the sanctions, weapons supplies and other unfriendly actions, as well as to further exacerbate the situation in Ukraine," Volodin maintained.
According to the Duma speaker, "an investigation is of no use to NATO countries, [since] the perpetrators have already been found."
"There are no facts, just lies. The Ukrainian media had to delete the photo evidence posted by them, since the information is not confirmed. But no one cares about all this anymore. The accusations have been made," Volodin concluded.

Do you realise how much you have been manipulated through Government Propaganda over the past Two Years?
I strongly suspect that most people still don’t understand just how much they have been manipulated over the last two years. Nor do they realise the depth of the deceit or the extent of the fraud which has changed their lives.
Most people believe that although their politicians can’t be trusted on the small things they’re probably pretty trustworthy on the big things: that’s what they want to believe. They want to be able to trust that their government will look after them, protect their interests and defend them against the big threats.
The mass of people know that the politicians in government are a bit crooked but want to believe that they are not completely crooked. Questioning that belief requires great strength because we like to believe that people are fundamentally good and we like to be able to trust the people who rule our world. The principle of cognitive dissonance means that most people find it difficult to believe that anyone in power could be determined to control them, harm them both physically and mentally and eventually to destroy them.
However, I wonder how many realise that since the start of the covid-19 fraud, the British Government, like governments all around the world, has been advised by a huge team of psychologists and brain-washing specialists, has been regularly using torture techniques devised by the Central Intelligence Agency for the purpose of breaking and controlling prisoners and making them more compliant and easier to manage. Politicians in just about every country in the world have deliberately treated their populations (their employers to put it bluntly) as prisoners. The brain washing experts know that when the lies are big enough they are more digestible than the truth.
Prison guards know well that physical control of populations (whether small as in a prison or large as in a country) cannot easily be done without cooperation. Those who run religious cults (and there is no doubt that in scientific and psychological terms global warming should be regarded as a religious cult rather than anything else) know that isolating individuals (by locking them away or forcing them to maintain a physical distance from others) is only one part of the process.
Forced mask wearing (which has been proven time and time again to have absolutely no value in preventing the spread of infection) helps to enforce the sense of isolation and is another technique favoured by torturers and those determined to obtain control over individuals. We all learn a great deal of information and comfort from looking at the faces around us and when masks are worn we are mentally and spiritually weakened. A paper in the Journal of Neonatal Nursing showed how much babies suffer when deprived of the chance to see their mother’s face. Brain growth in infants is much affected by the baby’s relationship with people it sees. Back in the 19th century, Charles Darwin pointed out that the ability to read facial expressions is a crucial part of development.
Aided by these platoons of psy-op specialists (more traditionally used to think up ways to denigrate an enemy during times of war) our politicians and their advisors have deliberately used propaganda techniques to increase our fear of a disease which government figures prove is no more deadly than the flu. Actually, fear isn’t a strong enough word. Our own politicians, and the advisors paid to inform us, have created an atmosphere of terror. Their unscientific rules are deliberately designed to cause chaos, panic, confusion and despair. Truths are suppressed and distorted and those who try to share scientific truths are demonised, isolated and humiliated.
Governments have deliberately set us against one another. Those who refuse the experimental jab are demonised and the Government says that if not enough people accept the toxic covid jabs then there will be a risk of more lockdowns while those who do not accept the covid passports are endangering the rest of the world. The authorities and the media are repeatedly using every trick in the book to create division and hatred between communities. National culture and history are deliberately destroyed. Racial and ethnic divisions are widely promoted and encouraged. Men and women are encouraged to distrust one another.
There never was any doubt that the covid passports and the lockdowns and the utterly absurd social distancing were being used to increase the number of people agreeing to be given an experimental and potentially lethal injection.
The psychologists, military psy-op specialists and brainwashing experts who have been recruited for this evil work are aware that all humans draw confidence, comfort and satisfaction from living in a safe, reliable, predictable world.

After meeting with Sussmann, FBI General Counsel James Baker met with Peter Strzok and one of the Deputy General Counsels of the Counterintelligence Div. of the FBI.

Trump and his legal team are going to quickly make use of this section of Durham's latest filing, as it lays out how The Clinton campaign, The DNC, Perkins Coie, Fusion GPS, Neustar and GT all worked in concert to achieve the common goal of vilifying candidate Donald Trump by inventing a Russian collusion scandal to be used against him by both the news media and federal agencies.
It's an organized RICO case.

If I'm reading this right, this is saying that "UK Person-1" who is CHRISTOPHER STEELE was involved in the Alfa Bank Hoax, tasked with researching Alfa Bank and producing intelligence reports on it for Fusion GPS. Which he did.
This means Steele was directly involved in BOTH major Clinton campaign Trump/Russia hoaxes, the Steele Dossier hoax and the Alfa Bank hoax.
The media reporter that Sussmann and "Researcher 2" spoke with was Slate's Franklin Foer.

Durham is saying that he can fully prove the 'joint venture' or 'conspiracy' between all these various players in the employ of the Clinton campaign.
Sussmann's lawyers are going to try to have all the emails, billing records, text messages, etc. excluded.
Durham is anticipating that objection and preempting it by showing they are all admissible under the 'joint venture doctrine'.
What follows over the next several pages is legal jargon and case histories and precedents as to why the court should allow the emails mentioned in the Sussmann indictment into the courtroom as evidence.
Sussmann's lawyers are going to try to get them all tossed, so Durham's team is exhaustively going over the legal arguments for hearsay [which is inadmissible in court] vs an established narrative that the subjects are discussing amongst themselves and this is the same narrative that Sussman proffered to the FBI and Baker in his white papers and thumb drives. So it's not hearsay.
Here's a good section where the Durham SCO team's argument is summarized.
Not surprisingly, Fusion GPS's lawyers are trying to have all of Glenn Simpson and Peter Fritsch's emails with the other plotters about the Alfa Bank hoax excluded from the evidence.
Durham is making the same argument for admissibility here that he is making for the Perkins Coie/Neustar/GT emails.
Here we get a bird's eye view of how Fusion GPS seeds fake stories in the US Fake News media.
The 'reporter' actually sends a partial draft of his Alfa Bank story to the Fusion GPS person for their review.
Durham argues these Fusion GPs communications are admissible in court for three compelling reasons:

The government only wants to use the emails to establish the working relationship to push a common narrative towards a certain goal.
Sussmann's team may try to have his meeting with Agency-2 stricken from the record, as well as his December 2017 testimony before Congress and statements made by Perkins Coie to the media in October of 2018.
Durham is again being preemptive here in case they try this.
The next section is going to be about clearly establishing why all three of these things should be admitted at trial by the court.
Durham is arguing here that Sussmann's attempt to hand off an updated version of the Alfa Bank Hoax to the CIA should be admitted into evidence.
According to the rules, this can't be done simply to show that "This guy Sussmann is a liar, he's lying again to the CIA!"
It can't be about Sussmann's character.
But you can bring in the visit to the CIA to hand them the Alfa Bank hoax as a means to establish “motive, opportunity, intent, preparation, plan, knowledge, identity, or absence of mistake or accident.”
Durham can show the jury that Sussmann is repeating the same behavior with the CIA that he did with the FBI. This speaks to Sussmann's motive, his preparation, his careful planning as he enacts his scheme.
He's continuing to play his role in a 'joint venture', or a RICO criminal conspiracy, if you will.
Durham goes over the basic facts of Sussmann's arranged meeting with two CIA officials.
He attempts to give them an updated version of the Alfa Bank hoax, one that now includes claims about Russian phones that Trump and his associates were allegedly using close to the White House.
Durham makes the compelling point that the "2017 False Statement" that Sussmann made to the CIA in Feb. of 2017 should be admitted at trial because Sussmann is deliberately repeating the same crime he'd committed in his September 2016 meeting with the FBI, when he insists he's not giving the agency the Alfa Bank hoax on behalf of a client.
Now, some of what had gone on with the Clinton-manufactured Trump/Russia hoaxes had started to surface by late 2017.
Sussmann was called in to testify to Congress under oath.
Almost a year later, Perkins Coie attempted to do cleanup of the issue by releasing a statement to several prominent news media outlets in October 2018.
Durham states he can prove that Sussmann's participation in this press release to the media demonstrates his intent to hide the fact he was working for the Clinton campaign when he approached the FBI with the Alfa Bank hoax.
Now we arrive at Sussmann's testimony to Congress in December of 2017, where he changed his story.
