Mayorkas’ Leaked Title 42 Plan: Ensure Migrants Get ‘Any’ Way to Stay

Border chief Alejandro Mayorkas is directing that economic migrants get every opportunity to stay once the Title 42 barrier is removed — regardless of the huge damage he inflicts on ordinary Americans.

Mayorkjas’ intentions are described in his February strategy, which was leaked to Breitbart Texas on April 4. The February strategy is titled “DHS Southwest Border Mass Irregular Migration Contingency Plan,” and it says on page 16:

A. Secretary’s Intent.

1 ) Purpose: The purpose of this plan is to describe a proactive approach that humanely prevents and responds to surges in irregular migration across the U.S. [southern border]. This will be done while ensuring that migrants can apply for any form of relief or protection [emphasis added] for which they may be eligible, including asylum, withholding of removal, and protection from removal under the regulations implementing United States obligations under the Convention Against Torture.

To maximize benefits for migrants, Mayorkas minimizes the detention and deportation of migrants — even though federal law generally denies the entry of foreign workers and economic migrants into Americans’ homeland. His plan sketches ways for border officials to squeeze many migrants through small doorways in the nation’s border:

Current pathways to removal [deportations] will be limited. Component use of broadscale release mechanisms (i.e., Own Recognizance (OR) with issuance of a Notice to Appear (NTA), or parole and Altematives to Detention (ATD) with administrative tools are necessary to ensure humane and efficient treatment of migrants.

For example, the parole side-door “is a very limited authority that Congress has given for exceptional situations,” such as a sick airline passenger, Andrew Arthur, a former immigration judge told Breitbart News in May 2021. It “is very narrowly written [for small numbers of people], but the administration has blown right past the limitations,” he said.

In February, up to 165,000 migrants arrived at the border, and Mayorkas admitted 74,000 under various legal claims. Very few of the arrivals were detained, and few prior arrivals were deported, despite the federal law.

On April 26, the Supreme Court will consider a judgment by federal judges that seeks to make Mayorkas comply with federal law.

The Cuban-born Mayorkas is a pro-migration zealot who argued in 2013 that Americans’ homeland “always has been, and forever will remain a nation of immigrants.” Only about one-third of Americans accept the “nation of immigrants” narrative, according to a survey by a pro-migration group.

So his plan ignores the reasonable and rational economic concerns of roughly at least 100 million citizens of the United States.

That is not just a personal omission. As the sworn chief of the Department of Homeland Defense, Mayorkas is professionally and legally responsible for protecting Americans’ economic opportunities from illegal migrants and unscrupulous employers who hire illegal workers.

Those concerns include their ability to earn decent wages in the labor market loosened by new migrants, and their ability to rent or buy decent housing in a housing market flooded with new migrants who are glad to pool multiple paychecks for a small room.

California Judge Rules Corporate Diversity Quota Law Unconstitutional

A California law mandating corporations set racial, ethnic, and gender identity-based diversity quotas was ruled unconstitutional by a Los Angeles judge.

The law, which requires California-based corporate boards have members from an “underrepresented community,” was signed by leftist Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) last year. It also required compliance with at least one member from such a community by December 31, 2021. By December 31, 2022, corporate boards were required to fill a minimum proportion of the seats on the board with “underrepresented community” members based on the size of the board.

Conservative legal watchdog Judicial Watch sought a permanent injunction on the measure citing the Golden State’s equal protection clause, which was granted with no explanation from the judge.

California lawyers argued the law did not “discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in the operation of public employment, public education, or public contracting” in a court filing.

The injunction “declared unconstitutional one of the most blatant and significant attacks in the modern era on constitutional prohibitions against discrimination,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said, according to Fox News.

California released a “Diversity on Boards” report in Marchnoting 300 of 700 corporations had complied, but over half did not file a disclosure statement.

GOP-Led Kansas Legislature Passes Transgender Athlete Bill, Sends to Democrat Governor

Headline is misleading!

The Republican-dominated Kansas Legislature joined several other states in passing a bill Saturday that would keep males who identify as females from playing in women and girls’ sports.

However, the GOP reportedly does not have the two-thirds majority needed to override “an almost certain-veto” from Democrat Gov. Laura Kelly, the Associated Press reported. Kelly, who is up for reelection this year, vetoed a similar bill last year, saying that Kansans should be “focused on how to include all students” rather than “exclude those who may be different than us.”

The Kansas House voted in favor of the Fairness in Women’s Sports Act 74-39 on Friday, which was 10 votes shy of a two-thirds majority. Roughly a dozen House members were absent, but at least five members were likely to vote against the measure, according to the report. On Saturday, the Senate passed to bill 25-13 — this time, Republicans were short two votes to reach the ratio needed to reverse Kelly’s likely rejection.

SB 160 would require interscholastic, intercollegiate, intramural, or club athletic teams or sports sponsored by the public to be “based on biological sex.” The bill applies to all levels of education, including elementary school, and orders that sports teams be designated “males, men, or boys,” “females, women, or girls,” or “coed or mixed,” a legislative report brief states.

Some “dissident Republicans” are waffling on the bill because “having a ban apply as early as kindergarten is a problem for them,” the publication continued.

PHOTOS:WWII Army Nurse Veteran Enjoys Parade for 100th Birthday

An Army veteran got more than she dreamed on her 100th birthday when loved ones threw her a parade outside the Homestead of Topeka.

Helen Rhodes spent her childhood in Tampa, Kansas, then relocated to Wichita to become a nurse, WIBW reported Saturday.

She went through basic training, then traveled to Fort Riley. She served her country for 18 months in the States.

During her time in high school, she met someone who captured her heart, saying, “Then one night, I get this call from J Frank, wanted a date and I kept him.”

In a social media post March 25, the Leavenworth VA Medical Center wished Rhodes a happy birthday and detailed the couple’s story:

“When the war was over, Frank came home after serving time as a Paratrooper in Africa, Sicily, Anzio, France and through the Battle of the Bulge with the 509th,” the post read, adding they were married in 1946 and moved to Topeka where they raised three daughters.

“Helen and Frank celebrated 66 years of marriage. Frank passed away in December of 2012,” the medical center continued.

Now, Helen was extremely pleased to be with her great-grandchildren, because, as her daughter Jenny Lee explained, “Family is number one. Whatever situation she’s in, she makes the most of it.”

A photo showed Rhodes surrounded by well-wishers during the event:

Jenny said she enjoyed living life to the fullest and urged others to live in the same way she has for so many years.

Rhodes was happy to celebrate the big day with the parade thanks to the VFW riders, Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, and Veteran Affairs staff members.

“I feel like I was brought up very good,” she commented. “I had a loving family and we have a whole bunch now. All of them have turned out well. So why couldn’t I be happy.”

EXCLUSIVE:Leaked DHS Document Reveals Biden’s Mass-Migration Plan Offers ‘Broadscale Release Mechanisms’

The Department of Homeland Security is disseminating a mass migration plan devoid of removal mechanisms to replace the soon-to-end CDC Title 42 emergency order. The plan predicts that DHS traditional processing capabilities will be overwhelmed and require an increase in the use of “broadscale release mechanisms.”

The plan, reviewed by Breitbart Texas, acknowledges the end of Title 42 will likely result in a surge in illegal migration along the southwest border. The increase is already manifesting itself as apprehensions rise. In March, Border Patrol agents apprehended more than 200,000 migrants.

The draft plan, recently circulated to senior DHS staff, is dated February 17, 2022. A source within the agency, not authorized to speak to the media, says the plan offers no concrete options other than to exhaust more resources to absorb what will likely be a historic wave of migrants at the southern border.

The source says the agency is already exceeding temporary detention capacity at most facilities and the plan will likely mean more holding space will be needed. Cost estimates to operate one temporary facility exceed $5 million per month, according to the source.

The DHS Southwest Border Mass Irregular Migration Contingency Plan tells senior leadership to prepare “federal to federal” support agreements to quickly move personnel and funds to DHS agencies.

The plan offers assumptions once Title 42 is ended and includes the acknowledgement that few legal pathways to removal are left in the wake of early executive actions under the Biden Administration.

The document offers ominous predictions about the impacts of the pending surge to the U.S.-Mexico Border. The DHS document claims most released migrants do not appear for subsequent removal proceedings. It continues:

Current pathways to removal will be limited. Component use of broadscale release mechanisms (i.e., Own Recognizance (OR) with issuance of a Notice to Appear (NTA), or parole and Alternatives to Detention (ATD)) with administrative tools are necessary to ensure humane and efficient treatment of migrants)

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) will continue to leverage the FEMA Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) to provide life sustaining food, shelter, and supporting services. In addition, NGOs shall provide travel assistance from CBP custody. (Footnote: The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 made available $110 million to FEMA EFSP for this purpose.)

ICE Alternatives to Detention (ATD) will be implemented on a greater scale. (Footnote: Increased processing speeds, throughput, and the use of ATD is the quickest solution for processing FMUAs where Title 42 is no longer viable. However, relatively low percentages of FMUAs reported for removal proceedings in the past once released on ATD. There is no evidence that a higher percentage of noncitizens will report for removal proceedings in the future if released, regardless of how expeditiously they are processed.)

The plan includes an additional focus on a “Whole of Western Hemisphere” approach as a solution to the worsening border crisis. Part of the plan, reviewed by Breitbart Texas, includes efforts to improve living conditions outside the United States.

The plan does not specify a cost associated with the pending surge in migration.

Biden Agencies to Slash Deportations by Not Prosecuting Illegal Aliens

President Joe Biden is looking to further slash deportations by having federal prosecutors drop cases against illegal aliens unless they are considered a “public safety threat,” a newly leaked internal memo reveals.

The memo, reviewed by BuzzFeed News, directs prosecutors for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency to drop deportation cases against illegal aliens who are not considered a threat to national security or public safety or who have not recently crossed the United States-Mexico border.

An ICE spokesperson said the memo “renews the commitment of all ICE attorneys, in exercising their inherent prosecutorial discretion authority, to advance the interests of justice and build public confidence in our immigration system.”

The memo, the spokesperson said, is in coordination with the agency’s so-called “sanctuary country” orders that were issued last year but have since been blocked from being implemented by an Ohio federal judge.

“Consistent with the enforcement guidance issued by Secretary Mayorkas, ICE focuses its civil immigration enforcement priorities on the apprehension and removal of non-citizens who pose a threat to our national security, public safety, and border security, consistent with all legal requirements and applicable court orders,” the spokesperson said.

Those orders helped gut interior immigration enforcement in Fiscal Year 2022, the latest ICE data reveals. Compared to 2019, arrests of illegal aliens have plummeted by nearly 50 percent, and deportations have dropped by nearly 80 percent.

Unreleased ICE data shows that the Biden administration arrested 48 percent fewer convicted criminal illegal aliens, conducted 63 percent fewer deportations for convicted criminal illegal aliens, and issued 46 percent fewer requests for ICE agents to take custody of criminal illegal aliens in the Fiscal Year 2021.

Biden’s insistence that ICE attorneys drop deportation cases against illegal aliens is almost certain to cut down on the annual number of deportations out of the nation’s interior.

Still, research has shown that deportations are extremely cost-efficient for Americans, asdeporting every illegal alien in the United States is about six times less expensive than what taxpayers are forced to subsidize for the nation’s 11 to 22 million illegal aliens.

Democrats to Spend $10 Billion on ‘Emergency’ Pandemic Funds While Admitting Immigrants Who Pose Health Risks

All out coordinated daily war on Americans by the Administration and Congress. They release another betrayal once a day, its intentional to demoralize the country imo.

The Democrats on Monday agreed to spend $10 billion in “emergency” pandemic funding while ending Title 42—which prohibits the entry of immigrants who pose health risks.

The $10 billion package would fund the purchase of more coronavirus tests, vaccines, and supplies to further fight the Chinese coronavirus, the Washington Post reported. The costly package was agreed to by establishment Republicans, including Sens. Mitt Romney (R-UT), Roy Blunt (R-MO), and Richard Burr (R-NC).

The package comes nearly two years after the pandemic began and about one year since President Joe Biden’s coronavirus stimulus money was passed into law. Biden’s package fueled his 40-year-high inflation, according to many experts.

The agreement among lawmakers on the $10 billion package coincides with the Biden administration’s decision to drop Title 42 in May. The law allows authorities to turn away migrants to slow the spread of coronavirus.

It is unknown why the Biden administration believes spending billions of taxpayer money to protect Americans from coronavirus should occur simultaneously with terminating an immigration law that protects Americans from contracting the virus. According to the Treasury on Monday, America’s outstanding debt was $30,400,959,928,180.97.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas dodged questions on Friday on how many people the agency expects to come to the border after Title 42 ends. The receded law could allow more than 18,000 illegal crossings per day — a pace that works out to over 6.5 million migrants per year. Breitbart News reported:

The predicted flood has been encouraged by Mayorkas and pro-migration deputies, who quickly ended the border protections established by former-President Donald Trump in early 2021.

These deputies have also reduced the use of the Trump-imposed Title 42 disease-related rejections at the border, minimized the deportations of illegals, and accelerated the inflow of legal immigrants and visa workers.

It is not clear if the administration is willing to stop mass migration. Mayorkas is a Cuban immigrant and a pro-migration zealot who argues that the United States is, and must always, be a “Nation of Immigrants.”

Arizona, Louisiana, and Missouri filed a lawsuit on Monday against Biden’s administration for plans to end Title 42. Title 42 was implemented in 2020 by the Trump administration.

White House Refuses to Say When Joe Biden Believes Students Should Be Taught Sexual Orientation

Charlie Spiering4 Apr 2022

The White House refused Monday to detail President Joe Biden’s views on what age children should be taught about sexual orientation in public schools.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki dodged a question during the daily briefing from Fox News reporter Peter Doocy about the president’s views on sex education for young students.

Instead of answering the question, Psaki read a prepared statement about the new law signed by Florida governor Ron DeSantis (R), condemning the law for “propagating misinformed, hateful policies.”

The White House continues voicing opposition to Florida’s new anti-grooming law, which prohibits teachers from teaching about sexual orientation between kindergarten and the third grade.

When Doocy repeated the question about when students should receive education about gender identity and sexual orientation, Psaki demanded he provide examples of teachers teaching kindergartners sex education.

“I’m just asking the president’s opinion…” Doocy began.

“I think that’s a relevant question,” Psaki interrupted. “Because I think this is a politically charged harsh law that is putting parents and LGTBQ+ kids in a very difficult heartbreaking circumstance.”

She said the Biden administration and the Department of Justice would continue to investigate the Florida law for possibly violating federal civil rights laws.

Psaki also dodged a question about whether it was fair for biological males to compete as women in college sports despite their physical advantage over female athletes.

“What I would say, Peter, if we look at this broadly, is that we celebrated International Transgender Day of Visibility last week,” she said, reminding him that the White House was not the governing body of the NCAA.

McCaskill: AG Garland ‘Going Too Slowly’ — He Has ‘Massive Amount of Evidence’ on Trump

Pam Key4 Apr 2022

How does she know what DOJ has?

Once again a democrat politician lies about massive evidence of Trump crimes. When are these assholes going to be prosecuted for their crimes?

Former Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) said Monday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that she believed Attorney General Merrick Garland had enough evidence to prosecute former President Donald Trump and was moving too slowly.

Anchor Nicolle Wallace said, “To be fair, what it sounds like President Biden is concerned about is whether or not the former president is held accountable for subverting our democracy. My understanding is that he sees the ex-president as a threat to democracy.”

McCaskill said, “Really, there is not that much evidence that would be needed to go forward with the prosecution at this point — not much additional evidence, I mean. Let’s look at the facts here. I know that Merrick Garland is going, ‘Prosecuting the former president, can successfully get a conviction?’ His defense would be, I didn’t know. I really believed I won the election. If you look at those facts as a prosecutor, his attorney general told him he hadn’t won. The guy running his cybersecurity and Homeland Security told him he had not won. Sixty different judges had told him he hadn’t won. He knew he had not won. This was a fraud. I think a jury would be very responsive to this massive amount of evidence.”

She added, “They’re going too slowly. Why don’t we have a decision by Mark Meadows? This isn’t complicated. It is ridiculous how long this is taking. I think justice delayed is justice denied. I think that’s the way a lot of people are feeling in America right now.”

Doocy to Psaki: Is Putin Supposed to Turn Himself In for War Crimes?

Kekkity

Why does Doocy get so many questions? Does she have a crush on him?

Joel B. Pollak4 Apr 2022

2:57

Fox News’ White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked White House press secretary Jen Psaki Monday whether Russian President Vladimir Putin will turn himself in for war crimes, now that U.S. President Joe Biden has called for a prosecution.

Doocy was asking about the practical consequences of Biden’s declaration earlier Monday that Putin is a war criminal due to alleged atrocities in the Kyiv suburb of Bucha. Biden said Putin was guilty — but then added that there had to be a trial.

It is unclear how such a declaration would be enforced, without the U.S. winning a war against Russia, or without Russians ousting their own leader and turning him in to the International Criminal Court (ICC) — to which the U.S. is not a party.

The exchange between Doocy and Psaki was as follows (via White House transcript):

Q Thank you, Jen. So, President Biden is talking about putting Putin on a [war crime] trial. Does he expect Putin to turn himself in to stand trial? Or does he think somebody’s going to have to go into Russia and arrest him?

MS. PSAKI: Well, without getting into the mechanisms — which, I know, were the good questions everybody was asking our National Security Advisor — there is precedent in the past of how this process can work.

We’re not going to prejudge what the process would work or — or what steps would be taken through — through an international legal process.

So, that’s not quite where we’re at right now, Peter, and I can’t give you a sense of the mechanisms of — of, if convicted, what would happen.

Psaki also did not explain why Putin would agree to peace negotiations to end the war in Ukraine if the U.S. and others would prosecute him for war crimes.

There is no previous example of a nuclear-armed power voluntarily handing in its own leadership for prosecution. There is also no guarantee Putin would not use weapons of mass destruction if he believed his own life or liberty to be at stake.

It is also unclear why, if the U.S. considers Putin a “war criminal,” and believes that Russia has committed war crimes in Ukraine, the Biden administration is willing to cooperate with the Putin regime in pursuing a new nuclear deal with Iran.

Report: Rents Across U.S. Skyrocket — 98% Increase for 1 Bedroom, 100% for 2 Bedroom

Blackrock did that!!!

Rental prices for single-family homes have skyrocketed to record levels across the U.S., increasing to an average of 7.8 percent in 2021. Apartment rents are up too.

“Of the markets in our analysis, 97.7 percent recorded price increases for one-bedrooms and all markets saw increases for two-bedrooms [100 percent],” the report, issued last month, said. “Nationwide rent prices have increased significantly year-over-year. One- and two-bedroom rents were up 24.4 percent and 21.8 percent, respectively.”

The average rent price for a one-bedroom was $1,684 and $1,997 for a two-bedroom.

The report listed the eight U.S. cities that have seen the largest increase in one-bedroom rent year-over-year. Six of those cities — Orlando, Florida; Huntington Beach, California; Chandler, Arizona; Jersey City, New Jersey; and Amarillo, Texas — have a population of 300,000 or less:

Long Beach, CA (+56.7 percent)

Chandler, AZ (+50.8 percent)

Amarillo, TX (+46.6 percent)

Huntington Beach, CA (+44.9 percent)

Jersey City, NJ (+43.6 percent)

Orlando, FL (+42.4 percent)

Irvine, CA (+39.2 percent)

Austin, TX (+36.9 percent)

Portland, OR (+34.2 percent)

Mesa, AZ (+30.6 percent)

The report also listed the U.S. cities that saw the greatest increase in two-bedroom rents, and four of those cities — Little Rock, Arkansas; Salt Lake City, Utah; Augusta, Georgia; and Fremont, California — have populations of 300,000 or less:

Fresno, CA (+71.3 percent)

Huntington Beach, CA (+55.2 percent)

Little Rock, AR (+45.0 percent)

Salt Lake City, UT (+43.2 percent)

Augusta, GA (+38.7 percent)

Albuquerque, NM (+38.3 percent)

Raleigh, NC (+38.2 percent)

Miami, FL (+36.3 percent)

Fremont, CA (+34.6 percent)

San Diego, CA (+34.3 percent)

“Many renters have put their home buying dreams on pause due to increasing home prices and bidding wars,” the report said. “Redfin shared that the median home price jumped 14 percent year-over-year in January while active listings remain low. But renting a home may prove just as hard as some rentals are receiving as many as 20 applications in a single day on the market.”

The West can strenghten the sanctions, but what for?

Russian expert on why Western sanctions are politically pointless

It’s been over a month since a tsunami of Western sanctions hit Russia. The unprecedented scale is a notable characteristic. All key industries are under attack. Russia’s reserve assets abroad have been frozen. Tough control measures have been imposed on exports, especially when it comes to technology and industrial goods. All of this happened within an extremely short period of time. Something like that had occurred in Russia’s history only once before – after the 1917 revolution. Even during the Cold War, the Iron Curtain was gradually eroding, now it is in the process of being actively rebuilt.

Another peculiarity is the zeal with which the Western business community is following through on the sanctions, often running ahead of the politicians. Companies tried to stay away from politics before, and now corporations boycott even those sectors that haven’t been officially sanctioned – from the fast-food industry and furniture retail to denying access to academic publications abroad. These boycotts are turning into the “cancel Russia” culture, when anything Russian is being restricted. Confiscating Russian assets abroad without any legal proceedings falls in the same category.

Undoubtedly, the Russian economy will suffer significant losses because of the sanctions. Disrupted trade and transport networks and the West’s financial and technological blockade will lead to high inflation, unemployment, failing labor productivity, the weakened technological base and a struggling economy as a whole. This damaging effect will last and get worse mid-term and long-term, strengthened by the fact that Russian commodities will be gradually squeezed out of the Western markets.

The sanctions, however, will have little to no impact on Russia’s policy. Moscow simply doesn’t believe that any concessions in Ukraine or elsewhere will result in the West rolling back the sanctions. It sounds like Russia is very pessimistic about sanctions, recognizing the fact that they are here to stay. Yes, we might expect that the West will ease certain restrictions in order to soften the blow to their own countries. But that’s the extent of it. Historically, we know that restrictions imposed on major nations fail to force them to change course.

It is also very unlikely that the sanctions will encourage regular Russians to take to the streets and “overthrow the regime.” Yes, it is true that the hit on the economy forces the middle class into poverty, while the poor find themselves below the poverty line. But society will mostly blame the West, not its own government. It means that the sanctions will only fuel the anti-Western sentiment. The whole cancel culture aspect solidifies this even further. People will not accept the situation where they are being humiliated for simply being Russian – no matter how they feel about the special operation.

Have we seen the full extent of anti-Russian sanctions? Probably not. Technically, they could be expanded, although the West will now be more careful, considering how it is already suffering losses. But there is a more important factor to consider. Regular Ukrainians and Russians are the main victims of the armed conflict. Any military confrontation must be settled and resolved – the lives and future of these people are more important than any sanctions, ambitions, or prestige. Nobody knows how long the hostilities will last before the sides can reach a peace deal. It would be ideal if this agreement could solve the security issues of both countries once and for all, as opposed to being another empty deal and an open door for a new escalation in the future.

Russia claims Ukraine stages more ‘killings’ of civilians

Kiev is attempting to frame Russia, the Defense Ministry says

Ukrainian security services have staged more alleged killings of civilians in several towns and villages to make headlines in the Western media and accuse Moscow of war crimes, Russia’s Defense Ministry claimed on Tuesday.

Moscow insists that same tactics have been used by Kiev to blame Russian forces for atrocities in the town of Bucha last week.

“The troops of the 72nd Ukrainian Main Center for Psychological Operations conducted another staged filming of civilians allegedly killed by violent actions of the Russian armed forces in order for it to be distributed through the Western media,” the ministry’s spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov said during a briefing.

According to “confirmed information,” the filming took place in the village of Moschun some 23km northwest of the Ukrainian capital Kiev on Monday, he insisted.

Similar false flag operations have been carried out by the Ukrainian side in the cities of Sumy, Konotop and elsewhere, Konashenkov added.

On Saturday, Ukraine distributed graphic footage of multiple corpses lying in the streets of the suburban town of Bucha northwest of Kiev, saying that they were executed by Russian troops.

Moscow, which insists that it is not targeting civilians during its operation in Ukraine, has rejected those accusations as a provocation and a false flag operation by Kiev.

It pointed out numerous inconsistencies in the Ukrainian story, including the fact that the video emerged several days after the Russian forces withdrew from Bucha, and that the local mayor didn’t mention any killings in his video address declaring the “liberation” of the city.

Despite Russian arguments and Moscow’s attempt to call a UN Security Council session, the West has immediately picked, who to blame for the purported atrocities. US President Joe Biden has demanded a “war crimes trial” for his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and the EU promised to send its experts to aid Ukrainian authorities in collecting evidence at the site.

I wonder if Russia set up video equipment before they left town to catch Ukraine in the act?

Footage shows Ukrainian troops brutalizing ‘crime bosses’

Videos show officers kicking detainees in the head and mocking one scared man’s weak bladder

Footage published on Ukrainian social media on Tuesday appeared to show people in uniform beating up and harassing detainees. The mayor of the provincial capital of Dnepr, close to where the incidents happened, justified the mistreatment on social media, branding the arrestees as “crime bosses” and claiming they previously attacked members of the region’s militia.

The graphic footage includes two separate videos, showing armed people in military fatigues brutally arresting men in civilian clothes. The troops are wearing the blue armbands that Ukrainian soldiers often use to identify their allegiance.

One clip shows troops beating up a man, who is standing with his legs spread and bowing down, with blood apparently falling to the ground. The perpetrators then turn their attention to another man, his face bloodied and his pants apparently stained with urine, for which the assailants mocked him.

The soldiers questioned the detainees, asking whether they respected the military and if they were criminals. The standing man, obviously scared, could be heard shouting “glory to Ukraine” and denying any wrongdoing.

The second video shows about a dozen men in uniforms brutally beating up at least four men laying on the ground as they put handcuffs on them. The troops can be seen kicking some of their prisoners in the head. One of the arrestees appears to be wearing a blue coat similar to the one worn by one of the men in the first video.

The mayor of Dnepr confirmed on social media that the footage showing the beatings was original and said that it showed commandos of the SBU, Ukraine’s national security services, making arrests in Pavlograd. He didn’t share the videos on his account, saying he believed he could be banned for doing so.

The targeted people were “criminal bosses” who allegedly beat up members of Ukraine’s Territorial Guard militias and harmed civilians, he explained. The “thugs literally pissed their pants when the guys got tough on them,” Boris Filatov observed.

The official said the arrest happened in the city of Pavlograd in the Dnepr region of Ukraine and served as a good warning to “every looter, criminal and degenerate” that their punishment would be inevitable.

He blasted people calling out the brutality as stepping over the line, saying they should join the ranks of the military instead of accusing “honest troops” of something criminal.

Filatov is well-known for his over-the-top rhetoric. On Sunday, he said Ukrainians had “full moral fight to calmly and without any reflection kill [Russians] everywhere in the world for an unlimited length of time in maximum numbers.”

The call for violence came in response to claims by Kiev that Russian troops had committed war crimes in Ukraine. Moscow denied the allegations.

Germany seizes Russian gas company

__So they are out and out stealing from Russia, anything is justified in the NWO, this will boomerang on them worse then they think___

Berlin’s economy minister called the decision ‘urgently necessary’ to maintain the country’s energy supply

Germany has taken ownership of a local branch of Russia’s state-owned energy giant Gazprom. Berlin’s energy regulator will temporarily control the company despite Moscow’s previous insistence that such a move would be illegal.

Gazprom Germania, a subsidiary of the Saint Petersburg-based firm, operates some of the country’s largest natural gas storage facilities.

Economy Minister Robert Habeck announced the decision on Monday, arguing it would mean that Germany’s energy infrastructure is not “subject to arbitrary decisions by the Kremlin.”

“The arrangement of the trust administration serves to protect public safety and order and to maintain the security of supply,” Habeck told reporters, adding that the step “is urgently necessary” to ensure the “security of supply in Germany.”

The minister said the Gazprom branch would come under the trusteeship of the Federal Network Agency, Germany’s main energy regulator, until September 30. He did not elaborate on what would happen after that date, however, leaving it unclear how the government plans to proceed with the company.

While Gazprom announced last Friday that it would end its participation in the Gazprom Germania subsidiary, divesting all assets from the firm, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov nevertheless stated that any nationalization of Russian companies by Berlin would “seriously violate international law,” deeming it “unacceptable.”

“The nationalization in Germany of the subsidiaries of Gazprom and Rosneft would seriously violate international law… it will violate all imaginable and unimaginable laws,” Peskov told reporters on Friday.

The media is not as influential as it was, and its insane they are willing to destroy all of Ukraine to hide it.

BOJO is deep into all of this, russia is correct, he looks and acts insane.

I bet Ric Grennel knows it all, I wish he could reveal all he knows on leaders pushing this destruction

Zelensky visits alleged mass killing site

The Ukrainian president vowed to find a “non-civilized” solution to bring those responsible to justice if West fails to come up with a “civilized” one

Anons is this picture shopped, go to website it doesnt show

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited the town of Bucha on Monday, reiterating allegations against Russia of war crimes and vowing to punish those Kiev deems responsible. The town, located northwest of Ukraine’s capital, made the headlines over the weekend after multiple dead civilians were discovered laying in the streets there.

Zelensky, accompanied by a heavily-armed security detail, met a large group of foreign journalists at the site of the reported mass killings.

“We want you to show the world what happened here. What the Russian military did. What the Russian Federation did in peaceful Ukraine. It was important for you to see that these were civilians,” Zelensky told the reporters.

The alleged massacre, which Kiev was quick to blame on Moscow, has shown “the nature of the Russian military,” which “treats people worse than animals,” Zelensky claimed. The president also urged the West to “find a civilized solution” to deal with the incident and bring those responsible to justice, warning that Ukraine otherwise would instead have to opt for a “non-civilized solution” of its own.

Moscow has firmly denied any involvement, suggesting the whole affair was “a provocation” deliberately staged by the Ukrainian side to frame Russian troops and derail peace negotiations. Russian forces left the city on March 30. Images purportedly showing civilians killed by withdrawing Russian troops started pouring out of the city on April 2.

Zelensky himself claimed that it has now become “very difficult” to negotiate with Russia in the wake of the Bucha affair. Ukraine’s president also urged the Western decision-makers responsible for not allowing Kiev into NATO to come and see the site and the purported victims of Russia’s military.

“I think they should come here and see how these games, how this flirting with the Russian federation ends,” he said.

The call echoed Zelensky’s earlier remarks he made in an overnight video address, when he blasted the Franco-German initiative to block Ukraine’s accession to NATO back in 2008 as a “miscalculation.” Ukraine’s president explicitly called on former German chancellor Angela Merkel and onFrench ex-president Nicolas Sarkozy(kek the most corrupt politician of almost all time) to come and visit Bucha.

Merkel has already responded to the call, condemning the Bucha incident, yet stressing that she still “stands by her decisions in relation to the 2008 NATO summit in Bucharest.” Back then, the US-led block recognized Ukraine’s and Georgia’s aspirations to join, agreeing that they would eventually do so, though it did not take any further steps.

Why is Merkle still relevant?
