I can't speak for other people of course……my experience was 100% positive no problems, no sluggishness the next day, no hangovers, no sleep walking…..no nothing………maybe ambien is being made a scapegoat I dunno….i cant say for sure only……..I only can confirm from personal experience on it…….it was awesome…zonked out in 30 mins to an hour woke up feeling refreshed, well rested, bright eyed and bushy tailed etc about 7-8 hrs later, every time for like 3 months straight every night
