According to confirmed information, the Ukrainian special services are preparing a serious provocation using poisonous substances in Pervomayskiy, Kharkov region.
▫Security Service of Ukraine has mined a storage facility containing 120 tonnes of chlorine on the territory of the Khimprom production association.
