Dear God,

Forgive me of my shortcomings and personal failures. I pray for the strength and abilities to overcome them. I pray for the forgiveness of my sin. I am grateful for all the blessing you have given and accrued for me even when I was not deserving. I am here because I love you and was called to be here by your grace. Jesus, you are the True Son of God and my Lord and personal Savior.

Also, I pray for our country for what it was and could again become, and I also, assemble here today because I love those who love you. Specifically, we are here to bring your light into this world. It is and was your Word, that whoever is not with you is against you, and they, by your very definition, are also our enemy. We know it is also your Word that we love and pray for our enemies. It is our intention that more may know you and come to you for salvation, including the lukewarm, bringing this knowledge, so that they in this world might be saved and preserved prior to its destruction.

Since we are called to love them that neither hear nor see, out of our love for them, we ask that your mercy may still prevail so that all might be saved in this, and the world to come. I pray that there is time enough. For through you God, I know that all things are possible and pray that you make it your will to save all of us, for your love’s sake.
