A third person was arrested on suspicion of illegal possession of a firearm after police said he was “seen carrying a gun in the immediate aftermath of the shooting.” However, the department noted that the man was not suspected of anything “directly related to the shootings,” and that his gun was different than the type used in the shooting. The man was released Tuesday on bail.
