The majority won't call their own out. They put skin color over what is right. Not all, but a great number do this.

but in another way, they are. There is such a thing as individual responsibility.

So yes, their skin color is not the problem. The problem is that they put their skin color, and/or their own culture, over what they know to be right, or they refuse to acknowledge the destruction going on in their own culture. Not all do this, but a large majority do.
