The Ukrainian Foreign Minister was just asked if he has seen the video of Ukrainian troops shooting captured Russian soldier. He said he hasn't, assuring her that the Ukrainian army follows the rules of warfare, but that there may be 'isolated incidents', and suggested the date of the video 'should be checked'. The Foreign Minister then accused Russian troops of raping children, telling the reporter, 'You don't know how it feels..there are some things you can't understand." I don't think he sounded believable at all.
