Agreed. Again, individual responsibility. Every single person is responsible for what they, themselves, do. Economics does influence, as do other factors, but in the end, it is individual responsibility.

 

Until the black community stops blaming everyone else for their own culture, and gains the fortitude to look within, and fix it themselves, it will remain.
