Try this...

Flipped the dates to "wind the clock" backwards...

then lined up 11:00 with [:11]...11:11...with 11/11

11-11,11:11,11.11 is the marker right?

So something has to mark where the clock and the days make the pin drop...like in a deadbolt. I'm making an assumption that the minutes are also floating and not necessarily the minutes on the clock...it's all much more about using 3 different timelines and lining them up with a marker.

This shit feels crystal clear…5/5 lines up with 7/4, Independence Day.

The 11's all lined up as the marker which also cross 7/14, Bastille Day.

10 days in between.

 

The interesting part is that the [:00] marker is 11:22…though…I forget why I made the excel spreadsheet out to 11/22…but in 10 more days it would have been 6 full loops.
